This condo is part of the highly desired Citi on Camelback complex. This luxury community features two sparkling pools (one heated) with hot tubs, a gym that is open 24 hours a day, business center with computers and printers, a billiards room, several stainless steel grills and more!

The complex is located within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. The Phoenix light rail is less than a mile away and provides access to Phoenix's central corridor. The Biltmore Fashion Park is home to several great shops and restaurants and is only a short 2 mile drive away. Easy access to major freeways.

The condo itself features a large open living area, balcony, hardwood floors, 52” flat screen TV, DVD player and Playstation 3. Your are provided with high speed wireless internet and a wired connection in the bedroom is also available. The fully furnished kitchen has a large center island with plenty of space to prepare meals. The bedroom contains a king sized memory foam mattress, plenty of dresser space, a walk in closet and remote control ceiling fan. The bathroom has tub/shower with a curved shower rod. The condo also contains a full size washer and dryer, in addition to ample storage. Inflatable mattress available. Pack and Play available upon request. Complex is gated, with garage parking and additional uncovered parking for guests.

Sun and fun in great location

First impression says it all and when we walked through the door we were impressed - it was exactly as advertised. The condo was clean , spacious , and well supplied with condiments you hope for. Unit has a washer and dryer and we were able to utilize these. Complex has a gym which we used, and a room with a billard's table ,business centre with computers and a printer. We also made use of the bbqs. Location was great and with the navigational system in our rental car we had no troubles finding our way around . Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. We went to a concert at the Comerica Centre, golfed six rounds, we hiked four mountain ranges , drove to Sedona and stayed for the sunset , went to Old Town Scottsdale and took in an Arizona Diamondbacks ball game, as well as, taking some time to lounge around the pool which had ample lounge chairs.

This unit is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The owner responds promptly to any inquiries and took care of a non-functioning hair dryer right away.

Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and lots of amenities!

My family stayed here for a week and we would definitely stay here again! The property is very nice, the pool is great, the condo is very nicely furnished and had everything we needed and the location was perfect for us. There are grocery stores and restaurants close by and we spent time in downtown Phoenix, Glendale and Scottsdale while we were there; it was very easy to get to all of the places we wanted to visit. I personally enjoyed my coffee out on the balcony, in the sunshine, every morning. Colin provided great directions and information about the condo as well as the surrounding areas; that information was very much appreciated. This was a great home away from home for our week in Phoenix and we would definitely recommend this rental!!

Wonderful Condo

My husband and I just spent a week here and it was wonderful. The condo is exactly as pictured and was spotless when we arrived and I am fussy about clean floors, sinks, bathrooms, refrigerators, etc. Also the place is nicely stocked with a toaster, coffee pot, baking sheets, colander, measuring spoons and cups, etc. as well as sugar and basic spices such as salt and pepper. The only possible downside is the view from the patio which is only the building across the parking lot but we definitely enjoyed wine every late afternoon on the warm patio. We would stay at this place again if we returned to Phoenix.

Nice Amenities.

This condo had everything that was needed and then some, the owner was very accommodating. It had many extras, only one difficulty that thermostat was very hard to understand. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Nick and Annette

Very good value

I liked this VRBO and I would stay here again. But I'm into detailed reviews, so here goes. Negatives: 1. It was superficially clean but not REALLY clean; for example, I walked around in my socks and they got dirty, and the kitchen counters needed a good wipe-down. 2. The lighting was bad; e.g., the bathroom had fluorescents that make you look terrible and there was no reading lamp in the living room, although you could read in bed. Also the light in the kitchen cast shadows wherever you were working. 3. The bedding was a little tacky--cheap pillows and the kind of comforter where you wonder if it ever gets washed.

But overall I did like it. Positives: 1. Good sized one-bedroom; probably 650 to 700 s.f. 2. Great location, at least for me--I brought my bike and rode on the canal bank that is nearby and goes for miles. Bear in mind that this isn't the fancy part of Camelback Road--that starts 2 miles to the east. But the area has tons of restaurants, 2 grocery stores, and it's safe enough--the condo, btw, is gated and the unit itself is very secure. 3. It's a very good value. 4. Big single-car garage--big enough for my Subaru Outback and a bike, but would not be big enough for an extra-large pickup truck. 5. Heating (once you figure it out) and appliances worked well.

So yeah, I'd stay here again.

I would definitely have made every effort to fix the areas mentioned (provided different pillows - which we will replace now, swapped out the bathroom lights for “soft” vs “daylight”, and even switched the comforter (which is 3 years old, but was washed just prior to your stay)). I will also speak with our cleaning people and ask them to put extra attention in the areas you mentioned. Citi on Camelback Stay.

My husband and I stayed at Citi on Camelback in November of 2015. Our experience was nothing but positive right from the start. Booking and overall communication with Colin was timely and stress-free; he was wonderful in ensuring we had all the information we needed and even offered, if needed, to allow us to send tickets to his address. Once arriving in the condo we found it to be clean, warm, welcoming and well equipped. The location of the condo, as we flew into Sky Harbor, was exceptionally convenient and easy to get to. We are a couple who likes to stay busy, which we did and found the location of the condo to be very central to golf, Glendale for sporting events, the Botanical Gardens ( a must see!!! We went at night to the Bruce Munro showing, but I would love to return during the day) and some beautiful hiking areas in Phoenix; all being no more than half an hour away (which for such a large area is wonderful). As mentioned, the condo itself is very well equipped for everything we needed to feel like we were truly in a home away from home. We were able to easily prepare meals, pack lunches (plastic to-go and ice packs available in the condo), and when needed toss in a load of laundry. I always appreciate the simple amenities being available, to which they were (cleaning/laundry supplies, paper products, coffee filters, some spices and oil for cooking, etc.) These are all the little things that (for me) really make a rental comfortable and convenient. We spent time down at the pool and ended each night in the hot tub. During our stay, this area was never busy and most nights we had the tub to ourselves. We found the area to be clean and well maintained. I did need to access the business center a couple times which was easily accessible and equipped for what I needed. If returning back to Phoenix, we would certainly return to this condo for a second stay. Thank you!
