This condo is in a superb location in which to have a great vacation.

Over occupancy - decided on case by case basis (families with children, not adults).

This well appointed 2 bed and 2 bath apartment also offers a well equipped complex (pool, jacuzzi, private beach, tennis courts BBQ). A king-sized bed along with two single beds, the apartment sleeps 6 easily (plenty extra space for over occupancy - double air mattresses provided).

Seven Mile Beach is on your doorstep,literally ten feet from the door, three large steps and you are into the sand. There are two small mall within a couple of minutes walk (Queens Court Plaza and Seven Mile Shops) including several restaurants (includingour sister business Thai Orchid (great food), bars, pharmacy, dive shop and business (DNS), clothing etc.. Supermarket around half a mile.

Exclusive to our clients are discounts at Touch of Thai Day Spa and Salon (at Park Place Plaza and one of the best restaurants on the island - Thai Orchid Restaurant and Sushi Bar.

Georgetown itself, and Camana Bay are but a short drive away and public transport/taxis run frequently on the nearby West Bay Road.

All in all, the location is well suited for families on holiday or for business people needing a central location.

The walls are decorated with paintings by a well known local artist (Suladda) who's work has been purchased by many of the islands residents. She has also created murals in several of the established restaurants around Grand Cayman.

The airport is a short drive away, around 8 minutes.

Beach towels and beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and more are provided either by the complex or by ourselves - ask and it shall be given (if available, usually so) Snorkel and masks also provided..

Usual check in 4pm or later, check out by 11am and we are flexible where we can be.

We do ask for a damage deposit of US$300, refundable on departure after quick inspection.

For the owners legal purposes it should be noted that the cost of the apartment is based on a non-inclusive basis. That is, the limitations of the listing site prevent the breakdown of the overall cost in a non-inclusive manner as intended by the owner.

Nothing else to pay on the above quote however. This is just clarification for the tax purposes.

WOW - what a great place

Right on the beach, everything as advertised. Photos don't do it justice, you walk in the front door and the view through the doors at the far end make it feel as if you are right on the beach.

Beach has some rocks and lots of sand, the snorkelling was first class with a local wreck so close to hand.

Very spacious aprtment with all amenities we wanted. Kitchen was spacious and also had the great view. Our host was great. Met us at the apartment and took us through everything and was on hand to inform us about the island and things to do.

Wonderful, spacious location right across from the nicest stretch of Seven Mile Beach

Our family arrived here on the 4th of July and we loved our stay at this condo. We can't wait to return! The host is gracious and personable, and was always easy to contact if anything was needed. The property is right across the street from Seven Mile Beach, and in our opinion it is one of the nicest stretches of the entire beach. Last year we stayed at the Marriott, and the beach there was far more crowded and the water wasn't nearly as clear.

The unit is amazingly large, and is perfect for families that want a bit of space to spread out. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs, while the master bedroom is located on the lowest level. The main level has the kitchen and another bathroom, so for families traveling with grandparents or for couples traveling in groups, it almost feels like having the luxury of two separate living spaces to escape to. The condo is located within easy walking distance from restaurants and the grocery store, and is only about a mile from Camana Bay.

Cooperative work environment

We used the condo to offset travel costs for a work trip. Staying a condo is much more cost efficient than staying in a hotel on Seven Mile Beach. It worked out well, given cost, location and communication. Graham was very helpful and attentive during our stay. The only complaint would the roosters as a wake-up call!

Excellent property and host

Our family of five + grandma enjoyed a wonderful week at this property. The host was very easy to work with before we arrived and provided great service during our stay. The unit is a very short walk to groceries, restaurants, and the beach. It was clean and well equipped for cooking and has good living space spread over three floors, including a huge master bedroom with a large shower that was great for washing the kids off after a day at the beach. Absolutely wonderful stay and we hope to return to Grand Cayman soon.

wonderful location and service!

We had a fabulous time at the condo! We could not have asked for a better experience. The place was clean, spacious and close to everything. Graham was great to communicate with and quick to respond. He had three of us dancing salsa and feeding Tarpon one night. Two guests enjoyed a massage at Touch of Thai.

Graham had great food suggestions, but we also enjoyed the fish tacos at Tortuga at the Westin and our favorite place the sunshine grill! the reuben snapper was awesome!

Have taxi needs get Elsa from Charlies cab she knows how to take care of you and was available when we needed her.

Dont hesitate to book this place it was more stocked than any condo i had ever used befor. would definitely repeat visit!

Can't beat this place!

What a wonderful alternative to hotels! The condo was spacious, homely, and easily accessible to the beach. There were five people in my group and we are all very comfortable. The beach is easily accessible by just crossing a road. And Graham is fabulous! He is not only responsive during booking and weeks leading up to vacation, but he is really informed about the island and gave us a great overview once we arrived. We loved his flexibility with checking in/out. We loved having a local phone to use when booking trips. The space came with everything you need on a vacation: snorkel gear, beach towels, beach chairs, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc! Book this condo now!

Park Place is very central to the happening areas of Grand Cayman.

Within a kilometre (easy walking distance), there are so many restaurants to cover all tastes. Several restaurants at the Ritz-Carlton, Copper Falls is a great steakhouse and Eduardos at the end of the road is a very popular venue (especially on Friday nights), going towards Georgetown several pub/restaurants (such as Deckers and Lone Star) that are quite lively (and inexpensive). .... and that just names a few. A quick google will show even more.

Don't forget you get 10% off food ordered from Thai Orchid (either eat in or takeaway). Some of the best Thai food anywhere in the world, a great quality and there's more on the plate than many a different fine dining restaurant. Great value and even better with the discount.

The beautiful Seven Mile Beach (SMB) is just across the road with quick and easy access. Closest beach access is 100 yards north of Park Place and another 50 yards and there you are on one of the top beaches in the world.

Redsails Sport is also on the same road, and we have arranged a 20% discount on the wide range of services they offer - jetskis to snorkelling and lots more.

In Park Place itself, you will find Touch of Thai. We have negotiated a 20% discount on all the services they offer - hair styling, manicure and pedicure as well as a wide range of massage techniques Thai Massage being a most popular technique (also includes Cellulite Reduction - cheapest in North America, bamboo Fusion and many other techniques). Close by you also find Silver Rain at the Ritz also offering spa services.

Cross over Earth Close, 100 yds to the South and you come across The Strand shopping mall. Fosters supermarket provides all the daily requirements of the vacation. There are also clothing stores, a coffee shop, jewellers and more
