Sea Pines Plantation is the center of visitor activities on the island. Healthy amenities include championship golf courses and tennis courts, 16 miles of walking and bike paths, 600 acre nature preserve, equestrian stable and beautiful beaches.

Stoney Creek is a secluded community of villas and private homes conveniently located in Harbour Town and close to the beach. It is a short walk to Harbour Town's scenic Yacht Basin with its signature lighthouse, restaurants, shops and live entertainment. It is a five minute walk to the Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament, and the Sea Pines Racquet Club.

It is a five minute walk to Sea Pines Center where you can enjoy lunch or dinner at the popular Truffles Cafe or visit its many shops. If you want to explore the Plantation, bikes can be rented at the Peddling Pelican in Sea Pines Center.

Stoney Creek is a fifteen minute bike ride to Sea Pines' nicest beach, and the popular Beach Club, where you can enjoy the ocean, casual dining, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets. Parking is available if you choose to drive or the free Sea Pines Trolley, which stops in Harbour Town, can take you to the beach in about five minutes.

27 Stoney Creek is a recently renovated 2,400 square foot, four bedroom, three bath house with an open floor plan, cathedral ceiling and rear deck overlooking panoramic marsh views of Stoney Creek. Premium amenities include hardwood floors, fireplace, custom kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, high definition TVs, Wi-Fi internet service, private Jacuzzi pool and two car garage.

The living and dining areas feature a cathedral ceiling with sky lights, hardwood floors and area rugs, premium furnishings, fireplace and high definition TV. They lead to an expansive rear deck with panoramic marsh views, charcoal grill and glass top table and chairs.

Our home has four large bedrooms that will comfortably accommodate eight guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed, full bath and a high definition TV. The second bedroom has a king size bed, full bath and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two full size beds and a flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The third and fourth bedroom share a full bath.

Our home will be move-in ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked including towels, linens and paper products. All you will need to buy are food and beverages for your vacation.

Lots to like about the home itself as well as the close proximity to everything in Harbour Town

Very Clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of privacy yet still very close to golf, tennis and Harbour Town marina. Enjoyed the small pool/jacuzzi as well as the outdoor speakers from stereo in courtyard. Softer pillows in the beds was the only minor item that could've improved our lovely time here.

Perfect vacation home, perfect location!

This home was absolutely breathtaking and in the perfect location. It was a quick walk and even quicker bike ride into Harbor Town, where there is a great little bakery to grab coffee or breakfast and other restaurants, shops, etc. Even with the close proximity to Harbor Town, the property is set far enough back from the main road, offering total privacy. The property is very quiet and peaceful, yet if you want activity, Harbor Town is just a stone's throw away. We were also able to easily bike to the beach at Sea Pines.

The decor in the home was upscale and tasteful. The kitchen had everything a family needs for dining in. We had 8 people in our group and there was plenty of space for all. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The living room was a perfect gathering place after a long day at the beach. I loved having my coffee each morning on the outdoor deck, watching the occasional egret or paddle boarder go by. We would often end our day with a dip in the pool/jacuzzi in the front of the house. The pool area is completely private, clean and refreshing, with outdoor lounges and chairs and grill. The entire home is well cared for and immaculate. I cannot say enough good things about 27 Stoney Creek. We had a wonderful time. Pat and Sonny Sage answered all of our questions promptly and were a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely visit again and recommend this property to our friends.

Beautiful vacation, perfect location!

The house at Stoney Creek was truly amazing. The location near Harbor Town (a 3 minute walk) was perfect for our group, yet the property was private and provided the relaxing atmosphere we desperately needed. I drank my coffee each morning on the outdoor deck, watching the abundance of birds in the marsh area and the random paddle boarder floating by. The house itself was immaculate, with upscale decor in each room. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen area was perfect for gathering, with every appliance and utensil a family might need. The living/dining room area was also very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The outdoor pool area with grill, was the perfect spot to hang out after spending the day at the beach. We had two families in our group, but had plenty of space and privacy. The management company was a pleasure to deal with and answered all questions promptly, before we arrived. The place was truly beautiful and had a personal, homey feel to it. We were able to easily bike to Harbor Town for an early morning breakfast and we could also easily bike to South Beach. The house itself, was so beautiful, you could easily just stay and relax there ... no need to even go anywhere. The only thing I would suggest is for those rainy days, especially if you have kids with you, it would be nice if there were games in the living room area. Other than that, the house was absolutely perfect. Thank you to Pat and Sonny Sage for helping to make our week at Hilton Head wonderful!
