About Marie-Claude Heys
We are a French-English couple. We run a boat business in the UK. Sailing is our passion. We enjoy St Cézaire to relax from our busy lives and recharge our batteries.
Marie-Claude Heys purchased this Villa in 2003
Why Marie-Claude Heys chose Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne
Marie-Claude's parents bought a holiday home on top of the hill above St Cézaire in 1962 and then retired here in 1992. So the love of the area is a long story...
What makes this Villa unique
Climate, beautiful scenery between sea, rivers and mountains, olive trees, swimming pool not too close to the house, views...

Great facilities in lovely position
Great property with all the facilities you need for an enjoyable stay. Plenty of room in bedrooms and sitting areas within property; everything you need for a great stay. Pool is great and lots of chairs/beds for lazing in the sun. Short drive, or walk, to local village with bakery, etc. and a couple of decent restaurants. Property is also situated as a very good base for exploring the overall area.
Perfect for family holiday
A beautiful French farm house with an amazing pool. Very well equipped for all your needs. Situated in an idilic quiet area . Perfect for a restful holiday. Owner amazing and very very helpful. Hoping to visit again in the future. Thanks for the memories

Thank you Colin for your lovely review. I am glad you had a great holiday in our villa, my pride and joy.
We so enjoyed our stay in St. Cezaire and the Villa was the perfect spot for our family reunion. The house was ideally situated to offer our two families, each with a child, separate living space, and ideal communal spaces inside and outside. Everything was well-kept, clean, and well-stocked and the owner/caretakers were very warm, available when requested, and helpful. The grounds are ideal for children, with plenty of space for play, and beautiful for all to enjoy (we ate most meals on the deck, overlooking the view). The pool area is well-stocked with plenty of toys and comfortable seating. The town is charming -- not the overrun tourism of cities on the coast -- and the people are welcoming. It's worth visiting the caves and farms nearby and the market is full of delicious local produce and treats. We highly recommend this lovely site!
I have stayed here before and loved it soo much I took my sister and parents there. Firstly it is only 45 mins drive from nice airport yet you feel soo far away from the hum of the riviera and yet you can pop down to Cannes, Antibes or st tropes easily.
It's lovely , homely and very private. The views over st cesaire and the gorges are spectacular and being high it's that lovely clean air not muggy.
We walked into town every day for fresh essentials and a coffee in the square experiencing real French life. We did a lot of walking and visited most of the regions stunning gorges and cliff top villages. I love this place it's very special and with sky tv I didn't miss any of the Wimbledon tennis.
I don't have kids but there is plenty for them to do in the area and the pool is perfect and we became quite skilled at platonque or boules as you can play close the pool. Super.
I could not have said it better! I am very happy you enjoyed your stays and hope to see you again soon.
Summer in St Cezaire
I stayed with a few friends at this property. Lovely atmosphere and out look. Totally private with a swimming pool set in the garden with olive trees over the wall. The living facilities are great - open plan with a verandah and out door eating is easy. The property is a 10 min walk from the village, where there are some lovely cafes and restaurants. It is set on the edge of the hill where there are fabulous natural walks. Great spot for cycling from, terrific views of the country side and you can even see the sea.
Thank you for your lovely review. I am delighted your enjoyed your stay at villa Adrech and that you liked the area as much as we do. I think you meant 10 mn "cycling" to the village as it takes a bit longer to walk... Looking forward to you visiting again.
The village of Saint Cézaire sur Siagne has a very rich history starting from the XIIth century. The river Siagne also has a great historical importance to the village.
It is a quiet village out of the beaten track. It has a population of 3500 that lives there all year round.
