About Kama Swartz

We live in North Georgia, approximately 1 1/2 hours from Lake Burton and have enjoyed many beautiful Summers with our family and friends at this property.

Kama Swartz purchased this house in 2008

Why Kama Swartz chose Clarkesville

We purchased this property because of it's excellent location and property management. We own a week in each season along with seven other families in this particular home. It is meticulously maintained by the developer, Charles Buckley. See Seasons of Lake Burton website.

What makes this house unique

Private cove off main body of Lake Burton, perfect for fishing and swimming.

We own two houses together and can be rented at the same time for large groups. See VRBO Listing 480963.

The view is so calming that the first thing we do in the morning is go to the porch and drink our coffee and read. The kids love to go tubing on the lake and using the kayaks and canoes.

Beautiful Lakefront Home On Lake Burton
average rating of 4.5 based on 2 reviews

Beautiful and comfortable house for the entire family!

  • 5 of 5

We loved staying in this beautiful house, the pictures don’t do it justice. It does not show how spacious and cozy this house is. It was very clean and it had all the amenities we needed. From the time we walked in the house we felt at home. My family was a group of 13 and we did not felt crowded at all. Now we want to plan a trip in the summer to really enjoy the lake.

Beautiful lake front home

  • 4 of 5

Great location on the lake, right next to boat rental and situated back in a quiet cove. Nearby "beach" area for kids to play and swim, with a fire pit that was great for s'mores at sundown! Absolutely no cell service at the house so be prepared to enjoy a true getaway from the daily distractions. House has good wifi if you need it. Only other minor note is that grill could use some TLC. One of the three burners wouldn't turn on but it worked well enough for some burgers and hotdogs. Kitchen was well equipped. Will definitely be staying again!
