About Lucas Milburn
I own an Audio/Video company, Sound Matters, back home in Baltimore, Md. When I have free time I love to come out west and enjoy the outdoors. My favorite thing to do is Snowboard, and I try to get out as much as I can. Where better to escape, than Breckenridge.

Why Lucas Milburn chose Historic District
I chose Breckenridge and River Mountain Lodge for many reasons. First, it is easy to access for me, I can take a ride from the airport on the CME and get dropped off at my front door. The River Mountain Lodge has all the amenities I would want and then some. Breckenridge Ski resort is one of my favorite mountains and it has a lot for every level of rider. Lastly, the area is full of things to do, whether you want to go Kayak on Lake Dillon (15 Min), do some shopping at the outlets in Silverthorne (20 Min), head out hiking/camping/biking or best of all relaxing in one of the many hot tubs or pool that are steps from the back door.
What makes this Condo unique
Location, Location, Location! The location is prefect! Easy access to the mountain for skiing, hiking and biking. A quick walk to mainstreet for good eats and shopping. Right down the walk from the Riverwalk Center that hosts concerts, ballets, and more.

Room was small, but it had what was needed and was in a good area
The room was small, but it was detailed beforehand so there was no real surprise. The building is located at the bottom of the 4 o'clock ski run, which is a nice way to finish the day by riding the snow all the way down to the front of the building. The building is also next to local shops and has a bus stop right in front, so once your parked, you can leave your car and easily get around town.
Luck Struck in Breckenridge
The Wyndam staff was incredible, Katie and Jesse took care of us above and beyond. Thank you for making our stay at Breckenridge a memorable one.
Small, but adequate for 1-2 people. No complaints!
Great little place with ski in access.
Couldn’t ask for more really. Great price and great access to the slopes. Small, but who cares! Thanks for the stay!
Perfect for one or two people. A little tight but just right for a quick
get-a-way. Close to Main and at the end of the day the "Four O'clock
Run brings you down right across from River Mtn. Lodge. "Sweet" after
a long day on the mountain.
