This Condo is located in the heart of town, has all the amenities you want like covered parking, free ski/board check, hot tubs and a quick bus ride away from the lifts. This unit is best suited for active people that like to be out and about, there is not a kitchen in the unit nor a living room. The unit is a place for you to sleep and wash up, if you like to sit around in a room all day this is not a good choice for you. I typically will stretch my legs in the Fireside lounge located by the front desk, there are comfortable couches, a fireplace, TV and Darts to pass the time.

Location: This charming, European-style lodge in the heart of Breckenridge sits directly across the street from the Four O’clock ski run and one block from Main Street. Breckenridge offers a free public transportation system that picks up right outside the building and drops off at the gondola three blocks away, at the Snowflake Lift, or the Beaver Run Lodge and Lift. Head out the rear entrance and you can cross over the Stream to access everything Main Street has to offer. Once you arrive at the Lodge you typically don't need to drive until you head home.

Condo Amenities: Sleeps 2-3 on full/twin bunk bed. Flat screen television with premium cable channels. Complimentary wireless Internet access is provided. Unit includes refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and hair dryer. Ground Floor unit, walk-out to outdoor pool and hot-tubs. Parking pass provided for heated covered garage. By the way, Best Parking spot to access main street. One major benefit is the Ski check, the front desk will hold your ski's overnight so when you get in from the mountain just hand them over and pick them back up when you go out the next morning free of charge.

Resort Amenities: Outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor (4) hot tubs, sauna, steam room and fitness center. ResortQuest Ski and Sport is on site to take care of all of your ski, snowboard and biking needs. The Fireside Lounge, newly remodeled, is onsite and offers a great place to eat, drink and relax! See Bubba and his famous Rumpope drink.

About Breckenridge Ski Resort: The resort consists of five peaks spanning 2,358 acres, with runs for all abilities and interest. Every beginner and intermediate trail is groomed nightly, so you can enjoy endless turns throughout you day. Or, ride North American’s highest chairlift- the Imperial Express- up to the high alpine bowls for unforgettable view and steeps. Breckenridge also has five terrain parks.

Entertainment and Dinning: The Riverwalk Center is right next door and host’s concerts, ballets, films and the National Repertory Orchestra. Breckenridge has over 50 restaurants, many a short walk from the lodge Columbine and Downstairs at Erics are some favorites and are directly behind the lodge, and Mi Casa is a short five-minute walk down the Riverwalk which offers 3 Tacos for $5 during Happy Hour.

Why Lucas Milburn chose Historic District

I chose Breckenridge and River Mountain Lodge for many reasons. First, it is easy to access for me, I can take a ride from the airport on the CME and get dropped off at my front door. The River Mountain Lodge has all the amenities I would want and then some. Breckenridge Ski resort is one of my favorite mountains and it has a lot for every level of rider. Lastly, the area is full of things to do, whether you want to go Kayak on Lake Dillon (15 Min), do some shopping at the outlets in Silverthorne (20 Min), head out hiking/camping/biking or best of all relaxing in one of the many hot tubs or pool that are steps from the back door.

What makes this condo unique

Location, Location, Location! The location is prefect! Easy access to the mountain for skiing, hiking and biking. A quick walk to mainstreet for good eats and shopping. Right down the walk from the Riverwalk Center that hosts concerts, ballets, and more.

Although small, the condo served me well for my stay.

I usually travel with my husband, but due to the fact that I was going to be wedding dress shopping in Denver with my daughter (who lives in Breck), I decided a smaller place would serve me well. The condo was clean, organized and for one person (who wasn't there alot during the day) it was totally comfortable and affordable. The owner communicated easily with me about my stay.

We loved the property! 3 minute walk to the heart of Main Street. The booking process was so easy and the owner was great to work with! We highly recommend this for a couple traveling to Breck!

A place to sleep

There were issues checking into the facility - we were sent back and forth to multiple desks and no one could seem to find our reservation. Our keys didn't work for the duration of our stay and we had to be let in every time. The fridge was unusable due to the smell so we had to bring our cooler into the already small space to keep food.

The VRBO fees doubled the cost of the space and made the quality of the above service frustrating.

That being said - it was suitable for us as we spent most of the time outside.

Great location and reasonably priced.

Loved the location! Close to Main Street w/ on-site parking. Space is small (which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars), but fine for 2 ppl. The room has a sliding glass door w/ direct access to the patio. Lucas was very responsive & super easy to work with. If you are looking for a great location in Breckenridge and don't plan on spending a lot of time inside, this is great.

Very small, but cozy condo. Also the location was hard to beat

Very small, but cozy condo. The location is hard to beat, as it's across the street from the four o'clock run and a few minutes walk from Main Street. The staff at the hotel was also very nice and responsive.
