Completely remodeled one bedroom with 9 foot ceilings and a wonderful new queen bed. The bath has a giant tub for relaxing baths but overall the bathroom is small. New whisper quiet high efficient A/C & Central Heat. New LED recessed lighting with dimmers, fresh low natural VOC interior designer paint, new carpet, vinyl flooring, granite counter top and kitchen sink. All amenities including cookware and dishes,linens were purchased in January 2014. High speed wireless internet; HD 32 inch LED TV and cable. Stackable Washer and Dryer. The stone patio offers relaxing evenings shaded by a giant pecan and landscaped yard. If location is important look no farther.

About the owner: About the owner: Our passion is to provide an outstanding property where our guests will continue to come back year after year. We have a large family with 11 grandchildren and more to come so having a home large enough for families to be able to come to Austin and share a home with friends is important for us. We are serious organic gardeners so our home and landscape is never treated with pesticides. This property was carefully remodeled to make your stay as comfortable as possible, yet reasonable in price. You will be impressed with the wonderful decor and amenities.
