About Roxanne Sparacello
I am a mother of 3, living in Nashville for the past 14 years. My favorite part of coming to the beach are the sunsets - you have to show up to see the miracles!
Roxanne Sparacello purchased this House in 2009
Why Roxanne Sparacello chose Seagrove Beach
What we LOVE about this house: location! The house is between the New Market cafe on 395 and Cowgirl Kitchen/Whiskey Bravo, and one block in from 30A (see map on this site). The last dirt roads of Old Seagrove are something we treasure - The "Old Florida" feel is still present here and allows you to feel like you are really on vacation - flip-flops and no make-up required! The beach access is GREAT - one short block to 30A, where an "almost hidden" boardwalk between 2 houses guides you to the beach. There is no public parking lot nearby, and is accessed only by the local houses, so it is much less crowded than Seaside. All this, yet it is only a half mile walk to Seaside when you want some activity. You don't need to drive once you're here if you don't want to and avoiding 30A traffic is always a good idea. Rent bikes or walk to many restaurants. Publix is less than a mile on 395, a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride.
What makes this House unique
Favorite things to do: walk one block East to Whiskey Bravo and Cowgirl Kitchen, one block West to Market Cafe. Seaside is only a 1/2 mile stroll away, close enough to be convenient, far enough to avoid the bustle... depending on your mood. Plenty of places to rent bikes. We love to bike to Pizza by the Sea - (OMGosh, the meatball subs!) Plenty of exercise options to work off all the good food: Pure Barre in Seagrove; Yoga - in Watercolor and several other locations on 30A, and of course walks on the beach or State Park trails nearby. Save one night for an unbelievable Italian dinner at Christiano's on 98 or Cafe 30A or Great Southern. You can rent bikes in Seaside or several other locations on 30A.

I celebrated my 40th bday with 8 girls this wkd. This house was the ideal spot. It was clean, perfect location, kitchen was stocked. So easy to get to beach. One block from beach access. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
Short 3 day Trip.
Nice, Average at best for price paid per day. No issues at all just know there is better value available.
Great Spot for a Young Family.
We stayed here recently with our 3 kids (aged 5 and under) and our dog and had a great experience. The layout of the house was perfect for small children (no stairs, no pool). And, though we weren’t able to use the 4th bedroom overnight (because it’s on the back patio and slightly separate from the main part of the house), it was a good lounge/nap room during the day. It would be perfect for a nanny or grandmother. I especially loved that we were able to walk to restaurants within minutes and the beach was just across the street. As a family, we could walk to Seaside or Publix each day, and my husband and I took our morning runs through Seaside and Watercolor. I loved the accessibility to everything, but also the nostalgic dirt road to the house. The house had everything we needed and was easy to check in to. We’d definitely stay here again in the future.
Great location, quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our visit!
Thanks for staying and enjoying your visit!
