Bedroom 1: Master - King Temperpedic Bed. Full bath with double sinks and shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, and shares bathroom with 3rd bedroom. Bathtub w/shower.

Bedroom 3: 2 twins and one trundle bed, shares bathroom with 2nd bedroom.

Bedroom 4: King bed, full bath with tub. This room is private, accessed across the screen porch.

Optional Studio Apartment: 1 Queen, full bath with tub/shower combo and kitchen, 1 twin on 3rd floor loft. Apartment has its own washer and dryer in hall closet and can be accessed from inside or outside staircase.

House sleeps 12 if all 5BRs are rented. Sleeps 9 if 4BR (no apartment) is rented.

There is parking for 2 cars, single file.

Outdoor Shower and lovely screened porch.

No college groups please. Must be at least 24 yrs. old to rent.

Well behaved, non-furniture chewing dogs are welcome for a non-refundable pet fee.

What we LOVE about this house: location! The house is between the New Market cafe on 395 and Cowgirl Kitchen/Whiskey Bravo, and one block in from 30A (see map on this site). The last dirt roads of Old Seagrove are something we treasure - The "Old Florida" feel is still present here and allows you to feel like you are really on vacation - flip-flops and no make-up required! The beach access is GREAT - one short block to 30A, where an "almost hidden" boardwalk between 2 houses guides you to the beach. There is no public parking lot nearby, and is accessed only by the local houses, so it is much less crowded than Seaside. All this, yet it is only a half mile walk to Seaside when you want some activity. You don't need to drive once you're here if you don't want to and avoiding 30A traffic is always a good idea. Rent bikes or walk to many restaurants. Publix is nearby on 395, a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride.

What makes this house unique

Favorite things to do: walk one block East to Whiskey Bravo for dinner or lunch or one block West to Market Cafe. Seaside is only a 1/2 mile stroll away, close enough to be convenient, far enough to avoid the bustle... depending on your mood. Plenty of places to rent bikes. We love to bike to Pizza by the Sea - (OMGosh, the meatball subs!) Plenty of exercise options to work off all the good food: Pure Barre in Seagrove; Yoga - in Watercolor and several other locations on 30A, and of course walks on the beach or State Park trails nearby. Save one night for an unbelievable Italian dinner at Christiano's on 98. You can rent bikes in Seaside or several other locations on 30A.

Perfect place for our family (and 2 dogs)

This was the perfect place for us to stay! We like staying in Seagrove anyway for its laid back attitude, but this house was wonderful. We had 4 adults in our group and 4 kids. We could have had even more. It had an enclosed yard for the dogs and was in a great location to walk to the beach or Seaside or Watercolor. We really enjoyed it and hope to come back.

Great old style beach house!

We had a great time even though weather was not perfect. House is set up perfect for the 6 people we had. If you did the upstairs studio option, you could have had more. House was SOOO convenient to beach. Just one block and a boardwalk to a beach not crowded like Seaside yet you can walk to Seaside or drive there if you have elderly with you like we did. New Surfing Deer restaurant is 2 blocks away and has awesome food. Went there also for late night "skillet cookie" treat. Publix is also less than 5 minutes away. Only negative on house was dirt roads. VERY bumpy apparently to rains and heavy traffic but the road got scraped while we were there and smoothed them out. A fair amount of traffic going by on the back roads of old Seagrove because 30A is so busy. That being said, quiet place to truly enjoy the beach. House was in good shape and was relaxing and as stated before, the location truly cannot be beat.

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, comfortable and in a good location. The beach was a very short walk away. (About one block) Restaurants were also walking distance. We walked to Seaside everyday. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
