Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the master has a king size bed. Sleeps six with the living room sofa which makes into a queen size bed. Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with a soaking tub and shower. Three flat screen TV's, internet and cable. All new appliances, refrigerator with filtered water, microwave, dishwasher, oven, includes Kurig coffeemaker. Property has a pool, barbeque, and activities room. Unit is located on the second floor with only two sets of stairs. The property is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery store, drycleaners, ice cream shop, pizza parlor, shoe shop, beauty shop and Urgent Care Center. Less than 10 minutes to Scottsdale Road and Camelback. Five minutes to the Biltmore Fashion Park for shopping, dining and movies and golf.

Amazing refreshing, rejuvinating stay

We enjoyed 14 days at Judy's property at the end of March, beginning of April after a horrific move of a fully furnished 5 bedroom home in California. We had little sleep before we caught our flight from San Francisco to Arizona. What a welcome sight to find Judy waiting for us at the property. She quickly explained a few things an left as she wanted us to get settled and begin resting. First let me say this is such an adorable and well appointed property. Judy has made sure that everything is at your fingertips literally. We settled in and finally began to feel human again after a few days. Even our little Yorkie (Pet Friendly) settled into a routine along with us. I had questions that did not pertain to the property and Judy would always promptly text me back with more than enough information. My house closes in May and I will be referring out of town guest to stay at this quiet, clean and home feeling rental. Thank you, thank you for your warm welcome and welcome basket at the property as well. You have done all to make your guest truly feel at home and we truly enjoyed our time as your guest.

Great Central Location, Excellent Accomdations

We stayed at this condo for a couple of weeks during spring training season. It is perfectly located to get to several stadiums, plus close to Old Scottsdale, which we frequented for dinners. The condo is updated, clean and graciously outfitted with everything you need. Judy even added a special touch with a nice little gift basket upon our arrival. She was available for anything we needed or questions we had. We have stayed in several places over the years, and this was one of our favorites. We will definitely be back!!!

Nice place, well decorated. Everything was clean and well kept. Judy was a pleasure to work with.

We didn't like not having a a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking was a bit of a walk. Paying extra for guests kind of bothered us. Most places allow two guests without an extra charge. We would rather book with Judy directly and not a booking agent. The agent spoke very broken English and was hard to communicate with. The booking fee was a bit much, also, The unit was well stocked with everything you needed to start up housekeeping. We did enjoy our stay in the unit and would recommend it highly. The welcome treats were very thoughtful and appreciated.

This is a very nice and comfortable condo. Every thing is included to make any length of stay top notch. Could not ask for anything more. The owner was avalable to take care of any requests. The location is in a nice and up scale area of the city. There are great restrauants and activities very close by. We would absolutely return to stay in this propery and highly recommend it.
