Outside patio furniture so that you can watch all of the great sunsets. king, queen and 2 twins + queen size fold out couch. Central AC, ceiling fans thru out, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ice maker, blender,disposal, toaster and toaster oven,slow cooker, dishes, pots and pans,washer / dryer, etc.. Just like your home! All linens, towels, beach towels, amenities such as shampoo, soap, conditioner and lotion included. Daily housekeeping is provided, ( not on Sundays) as well as on-site manager and maintenance crew. High chairs and cribs are available from the office. Request them when you book your reservation. Lush gardens thru out property, ask about picking a lime for your fresh tropical drink or fresh fish dinner. BBQ grills available, all beach chairs, umbrellas, tables are on the beach and plenty are available. Free parking behind condo if you rent a car. Taxis also easily available and the public buses run and stop right by our property. Enjoy 4 flat screen TVs along w/ 60+ channels of cable TV. Fast free WI FI included. Your unit has a phone and local calls are free. Perfect for your family and/or grandparents or very popular for weddings or just a group of your friends. Easily accessible NO stairs or lofts.

About Lisa Ebanks

We have been visitors to Grand Cayman for almost 30 years and had rented this spacious unit for many years with our aging grandmothers and family. We are from upstate New York, and we like to come to sunny Grand Cayman 2 to 3 times a year. We have found Cayman's weather is wonderful any time of the year. We purchased our condo in 2009 (FINALLY) because we loved the magnificent view of the ocean from its patio. We feel it is easily accessible to the beach and being a ground floor unit, we especially appreciate not having to carry groceries and luggage upstairs. Our condo will accommodate us when stairs become difficult some day. What we like about the island is that it is clean, safe, and has very friendly people , and the water is beyond compare. The quiet, private beach afforded us the opportunity to enjoy a restful vacation with all the water sports and activities we love. The trees along our beach area provide filtered shade all day long. We can choose as much or as little sun as we wish. If tans are important, you can get a beautiful one here! Grand Cayman is known as the culinary capital of the Caribbean. There are many fine restaurants near the Villas of the Galleon. Grocery stores, liquor stores along with anything else you could ask for are all conveniently located nearby, within walking distance. We provide specific information on these in our condo along with our favorites. Lisa,the manager, in the office is great. She can make arrangements for private boat charters, visiting the dolphins, going to Sting Ray City with Captain Clinton,a local charter captain, help with car rentals, taxis, booking dinner reservations; she will arrange anything you need to make your trip more enjoyable. We have known her as a renter and now as an owner. We think she's fabulous, and you will love her, too. We are sure you are going to love our clean convenient condo. It's our little piece of paradise!!

Why Lisa Ebanks chose George Town

Grand Cayman has one the best beaches and dive sites in the world.It is just an hour south of the USA. Winter temperatures average 72-80 F. Summer temperatures average 80-88F which is a fairly narrow range for the year making any time a good time to visit. The summer will get more rain than the winter usually a short shower. This spacious ocean front three bedroom air conditioned condo,is the only ground floor 3 bedroom on the property with an additional den; it has no loft and no stairs! Ceiling fans and air conditioning can be found throughout. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Our condo has one king size bed, one queen size bed and two twins. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and plenty of closet space. It also has a queen size fold out couch in the den and another large flat screen TV. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a huge open coral stone bar facing the ocean as well as washer and dryer. Just about every amenity you have at home is here including hairdryers in each bathroom, steam iron, ironing board, washer/dryer, WI-FI, stereo,books, (take one leave one,) among many others. Our condo has two patios, one off the living room and one off the den each with fantastic views facing the ocean. It's a very popular unit and has a high rate of return. People love it because it has no stairs and fronts right on the ocean,about TWENTY STEPS to Seven Mile Beach!!! It can be easily shared and an economical way to come to this island that has the highest standard of living in the Caribbean. The property around us besides the beach is surrounded by lush flowering gardens and fruit trees interspersed : key lime ,coconut, banana, mango, and papaya. Villas of the Galleon is beautifully maintained and prides itself on its flourishing property.

What makes this condo unique

We are located in the center of Seven Mile Beach on some of the widest and most private beachfront property. Every amenity you need for comfortable living is included. It is tastefully decorated and is pristine. Our unit is the largest at the Villas of the Galleon and the only three bedroom , three bath with an additional den on the ground floor oceanfront. There are no steps , just open one of the two sliding glass doors and slip out to the patio and beach. You can enjoy a cocktail on the patio and watch the spectacular sunsets daily. The warm sparkling water is crystal clear and most days, the wave action is as smooth as a mountain lake. Besides swimming, there are coral reefs all along the beach for snorkeling. Our location has free parking, grocery stores, liquor stores, public transportation, restaurants, a manager who will take care of all your needs, charter boats, and dive boats available, all within a minimal walking distance. Housekeeping service is included. Our villa offers all the amenities of a first class hotel with the comforts of home.

We stayed in this condo for over a week, and we did not want to leave! The condo was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was stocked with anything we could have ever needed. Because it is first-floor and beach access, it was easy throughout the day to come in and eat, rest, and grab a drink or snacks and walk right back out to the beach. The people are some of the friendliest we've ever met! Everyone was so accommodating, and helpful with advice for entertainment around the island. Right off the shore, there's a marine park which is terrific for snorkeling. The condo was quiet and had beautiful furnishings. There was a good mixture of small families and couples, so we felt comfortable in knowing we could bring our kids anytime in the future. The water was amazing - and though there's no pool, we found we didn't want one - we just spent our time in the ocean, which was calm and clear and warm. Within walking distance, there were plenty of restaurants, 2 grocery stores, liquor store, dive shop, and other shopping centers. This condo felt like home away from home! We can't wait to plan another trip and stay in this condo again!

Our roomy condo is centrally located on the best part of Seven Mile Beach. We have 480+ feet of private white sandy beach. We are situated between two major hotels; the Ritz Carlton and the Westin. Would these hotels choose a bad location? Beach chairs, loungers and tables are provided along w/ beach umbrellas and lots of beautiful Casuarina pine trees for shade. We have easy access into the water, no sharp rocks, and have privacy at its best. Lots of restaurants, shops, grocery/liquor stores are within easy walking distance from the condo. Watersport rentals are nearby. Sting Ray City trips and fishing trips can be arranged through the office with a private local boat captain. Beach towels and all linens are provided in our unit along w/ daily housekeeping(except on Sunday). A small work out room , BBQ grills,cribs, high chairs and rollaways are available. You can visit the Turtle Farm and swim with the dolphins, snorkel the Coral Gardens, Cemetery Reef, Eden Rock, or maybe do a 1/2 day reef or deep sea fishing charter. Grand Cayman is one of the world's best diving locations. It is possible to dive from 30 ft. to over the 'Wall,' or on shipwrecks and over reefs. We have such clear water that visibility often exceeds 100 feet with over 200 dive sites. In front of our condo, dive boats pick you right up off the beach. If you don't know how to dive, take a resort course and get certified while here just see Lisa , our manager! Many water sports abound and can be arranged on site: para-sailing, kite surfing, jet skis, Hobi Cats, standing paddle boards, water trikes and many more. If these don't appeal to you perhaps the glass bottom boat or Atlantis submarine will do. For those who like to venture out, visit George Town and Camana Bay for great shops, restaurants and theaters. We're known for our rum, rum cakes, and black coral jewelry. You can rent a car, take a bus or taxi, explore the island and mail a card to friends from 'Hell,' Grand Cayman for fun.
