Three master suites with two having king beds and one with two twins that can also be converted to a king, all with luscious linens, comforters and pillows. Additionally we have a queen sized sleeper sofa. Each guest is pampered with exquisite bathrooms adorned in custom stone and granite finishes. We provide soap, shampoo, hair dryers, dish and laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and coffee filters.

The elevator to the lift and restaurant is just steps from the front door as is the heated pool, spa and gym. The free shuttle stop is right outside your door and a quick trip to the base of the ski resort and on to Main Street. Silver Star also has their own private shuttle for our guests.

I have owned my vacation home in Park City for 9 years. During that time I tried to maintain and rent my home on my own but it ended up feeling like I had a second job! Since finding Guy Hatch and his crew at Park City Getaways, I was able to “quit” that job and truly enjoy hassle-free ownership of my home!

Park City Getaways has been able to rent out my home for most all of the available time, giving me a nice stream of rental income. On top of that, Guy keeps my home secure, has very reasonable fees, honest accounting and excellent cleaning service! He handles all maintenance issues and there is no price gouging on repairs and maintenance. Perfection location! Super comfortable! Superb attention and assistance!

I will begin with saying we only stay at Silver Star when skiing PCMR. The location and amenities such at the ski shop for rentals, the Silver Star Cafe for food, beverage, and entertainment, and having their own personal ski lift and funicular is what we LOVE! It is convenient to get in and out of town, and the main street is just below if you want to shop or dine in the historic old town setting.

The management company for this rental and several other rentals was joy to work with. Guy was so helpful to our family with a last minute change of travel plans with this vacation, which could have been a disaster. He was available late in the evening and always returned my communications very timely. The paperwork is very easy to complete and professional, but the personal attention is what we needed and greatly appreciated! We hope to return again many times!

Practically perfect in every way

Great condo for our group of three couples, so that we could all have our own bath. Of course the bedrooms are not quite equal quality, but we adjusted the price that each couple paid to reflect that. The best thing was that the living/kitchen/lounge area actually accommodated us all of an evening to watch TV etc, a thing we often find lacking in other rentals.

Just to fore-warn you though, there are two sets of steep stairs in this particular unit. It was not a problem for us, but could be for some. The bottom storey near the garage has a king bedroom, and the level atop of the living area has the master suite and twin bedroom. Guy was good enough to bring over a King-Size mattress topper and put the beds together for our third couple. The twin beds were only single sized, so not big enough for a big man.

Having to walk through the garage to the elevator and then the lift was the only things we didn't love about this place ( I know, totally spoilt!!) so if this is a problem to you, there are other units in the Silver Star condos that require less walking than this one...and there are a lot that require more, so do your homework!!

We liked being at the quiet end of Park City. The blue ski run home was a great run and not chopped up as much as others at the end of the day. The Silver Star Café was great for the night we arrived and the night before we left, but as other reviews have said, we enjoyed doing our own cooking most of the time.

Park City/Canyons ski field kept us going for three weeks, other than the Presidents Day weekend where we hired a car and escaped the crowds. Guy organised for us to store our luggage so we could come back easily. All in all, Guy was very prompt on emails and coming to help us out, so we're happy to highly recommend Park City Getaways to you all.

Terrific service in a luxurious ski condo

This property is perfect. Guy is a terrific property manager. He picks up the phone and is available to help with anything. For us, that didn't mean much because the place was in perfect condition, but we had some questions and also needed him to bring over an extra rollaway bed. There were warm cookies upon arrival and everything was in immaculate condition. Silver Star is a quiet but very high end place to stay with an excellent, small restaurant, private lift access, and everything else we needed. This is a perfect place to stay and fit our family's needs very well.

We did not want to leave!

My husband and I, along with our 19 year old son, spent five nights in this wonderful condo last week. We did NOT want to leave! I love to cook, and we went to the close-by Whole Foods to stock up on food and even hosted a small dinner party for friends one night. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped and fun to spend time in. The griddle was great for making bacon, and the stainless steel appliances are all first class. The gas fireplace and outdoor hot tub were wonderful amenities. We all soaked in the hot tub after skiing each day. And the outdoor pool and hot tub are also convenient and fun! The master bath is so luxurious with the walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub! The location is great.....close to the chairlift up to Park City Resort, and also close to the Silver Star Cafe which was wonderful, the ski shop and Ruth's Chris Steak House, which we walked to for a special dinner on our last night in town. I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend and hope I can go back again some day. It is so comfortable, easy and elegant! Oh, and the parking garage is great because your car is protected from the weather and you can easily park and carry in your things from the downstairs entryway. Finally, the property manager Guy was really friendly and helpful. When we had one little issue with the garbage disposal, he came over immediately and fixed it right away (with a smile).

Great Time and Great Place

My family of 5 (3 children between 10 and 15) found the accommodations to be perfect for our family! We enjoyed the ski in ski out and the location was only a few miles to town so getting to dinner or shopping was convenient!

Really easy ski-in ski-out.

My family had a great stay end of March 2014.

In terms of convenience, the Silver Star Condos are at the base of the Silver Star Lift. The condo elevator deposits you a few feet from the lift. There is a ticket booth and a very nice ski rental shop (with two really cute bull dogs) right there. The condo comes with its own ski locker directly across the street from the lift. This could not be easier.

The condo itself is quite nice. The pictures are accurate. Three stories with one bedroom on floor 1 and 2 bedrooms on floor 3. All bedrooms had king beds, which worked out well as we were three couples. We have found it difficult to get three good bedrooms with king beds and usually have to rent a 4 or 5 bedroom unit to get 3 good ones. While the master was the nicest (of course), the other two bedrooms were just fine.

My children and their spouses enjoyed the private hot tub. Kitchen has top of the line appliances. There is one assigned parking spot in the garage located just outside the 1st floor condo door and unassigned parking spots available for a second vehicle if needed. The condo has a sophisticated sound system with i-pod connection plus a home theater neither of which I bothered to figure out.

Greg, the owner, was easy to deal with. Was there to meet us right on schedule and had baked homemade oatmeal chocolate chip cookies that were waiting fresh and warm along with a gallon of skim milk when we arrived. A very nice touch.

Looking forward to staying there again. And, for late season, the snow was awesome!!!
