Family-Friendly Unit With Ideal Location, Steps Away From Slopes
The ski-in ski-out condo is ideally located in the heart of The Village at Squaw Valley, which sits right at the base of the Squaw Valley USA ski resort. Enjoy a day of world class skiing steps from three major ski lifts, take lunch or a break in the middle of the day – all without the need to drive, fight traffic, compete for parking and hike with your gear.
In the Village, there are dozens of restaurants, entertainment venues, day spa for massages and yoga studio, general services and shops all within a minute’s walk. To help jumpstart your mornings, Starbucks is located directly downstairs and accessible with leaving the building. An 18-hole championship golf course is nearby, as well as year-round access to ice skating. There is also scenic and secure bike path leading you from the Village along the Truckee River into Tahoe City, as well as numerous hiking trails readily accessible outside of the Winter months.
ABOUT THE CONDO
The well-appointed and quiet top floor one bedroom plus den condo is an ideal fit for families with children, couples or groups of up to 7 people. It receives wonderful morning sunshine and has partial mountain top and plaza views.
The spacious living room has a queen size sofa bed and is equipped with a gas fireplace, cable-TV and DVD player, ceiling fan. Adjacent to the living area is a dining area with seating for 6. Heating throughout the unit is provided by a hydronic heating system under the floors. Wi-Fi high speed Internet access included.
The full size kitchen is stocked with all cooking utensils, a full size refrigerator / freezer, microwave, four burner range with oven, toaster, coffee maker and more. New pots, pans and bakeware set (purchased Feb 2014).
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, spacious closet and second television set. The bonus den includes a bunk bed with twin upper / full lower configuration. New hypoallergenic bedding set on all beds (Feb 2014).
The private, covered terrace includes two chairs and a small table to take in the mountain air.
Baby equipment (portable crib and sheets, portable baby chair, humidifier, etc.) is included in the unit for your use.
Tall ski lockers are included for your convenient storage of ski/snowboard equipment. Coin operated (bring quarters) washer and dryers are located in the building. Spa, sauna and fitness area within building. Covered and heated parking spot. Unassigned, direct elevator access to unit.
Easy access to additional activities such as swimming pool, year round ice skating rink, 18 hole championship golf course, fly fishing, cross country skiing, endless hiking and biking trails, rafting and much much more!

After many years renting in various locations around Lake Tahoe and Squaw Valley, we found that the Village offers the best value in terms of convenience, quality and amenities and decided to invest in a little condo of our own!
