You will be thrilled you chose this newer, beautiful home that’s perfectly situated very close to downtown Morro Bay and yet in a quiet neighborhood. This home was built in 2008 and features high end finishes and a fantastic floor plan that will make your vacation truly special. The spacious living room, high-end kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom and bath are all on the 2nd floor where you can enjoy amazing views of Morro Rock and the ocean. Upstairs also includes 2 balcony areas, one off the living room where you can enjoy your drinks and watch the sunset and another off the kitchen that’s a great intimate hang out. The downstairs includes the other 2 bedrooms, a cozy den, another full bath, and the laundry room. This home is less than 2 blocks to the Embarcadero and a short 5-minute walk to downtown and the Embarcadero. The home has a nice backyard area with a small patio.

The outstanding features of this home are:


- Open floor plan with the living room, dining room and kitchen all being open to each other.

- Chef’s kitchen that features Dacor appliances: a double oven,gas range, and built in refrigerator.

- Balcony off the kitchen features a small seating area and a high-end Weber barbeque.

- Living room offers a large comfortable sectional, a beautiful gas fireplace and flat-screen television with cable and a DVD player. There is a half bath upstairs off the living area.

- 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed and another bedroom with 1 twin bed and 1 full size bed. Queen bedroom has sliding glass doors out to the back patio.

- A full bath with a shower/tub combo

- Access to the 2 car garage accessible from the den.

Beautiful Home

I came down with 3 buddies for a 3 day golf tournament. Decided to rent a house instead of staying in the flea bag motel that we have stayed in for years. This place is perfect. Walk to downtown, with all of the restaurants, and super close to the golf course. The house is just as you would expect from the pictures.

Great Luxury Home

The home has a lot of features, Upstairs living area includes masterbed room, bath. Kitchen and Living room area, half bath, and with a great view of the Rock. Downstairs, family room, big flat screen TV, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room with full size washer/dryer. Back yard is small but fully enclosed, perfect for a small dog. We were drawn to this property initially because they do take clean, well behaved small dogs. Owner also provides access to the garage and a remote. The neighborhood is friendly with plenty of walkers (non-zomie kind). Short stroll to the boardwalk. It is a great place, this is my 3rd rental.

This home was very inviting, comfortable and spacious for my family. It had all the modern amenities we're use to in our house. There was a lockable dog door so we didn't have to get up in the middle of the night to let our Daschound out. We're a family of 4 with an infant and look forward to this being our permensnt rental. Everything we needed was available. Only a block walk down to the embarcadero and aquarium. Extremely clean. Spacious home with multiple living areas and an amazing library of books that kept us more entertained than the tv. The only thing I recommend to the management is to have maids maintain the freezer and ice system. Be careful of the water temperature for small children and elderly, it comes our pretty hot really quick.

Great house for a family get-a-way!

The owners/property managers have thought of everything to make the stay at Morro Bay wonderful! The arrival instructions were easy to follow, everything that we needed for our first night was there, as well as the unexpected, like coffee, and laundry detergent. The house is beautiful, with all high end appointments! The two living areas are great, and the open floor plan gave plenty of room for everyone. The house was centrally located, with a nice view, and within walking distance to the water, and to sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. The town of Morro Bay is very quaint, the people are friendly and scenery is wonderful! Don't miss the wonderful restaurants, and the shopping, especially The Garden Gallery! Also, a must see is a trip to the State Park! We were able to walk the beautiful beaches, saw surfing and beautiful horses on the deserted beaches. All in all, we loved this property, it was a good value, and provided the perfect family stay for our vacation from Florida.

Fabulous Place to Stay

My husband and I were looking for a small break from our day to day responsibilities ...what we got was an amazing three days in Morro Bay. From the moment we stepped through the front door we felt as if we had stepped into...home. It was beautifully furnished; had a wonderful view of Morro Rock Harbor; and it was very, very comfortable. We enjoyed walking the Embarcadero every morning and listening to the boats going out in the early morning and returning that night. The fireplaces made it cozy, romantic...whatever you are looking for. We will definitely be often as we can.

The Morro Bay area offers many outdoor activities such as kayaking, deep-sea fishing, whale-watching, surfing, amazing hiking and biking trails. Morro Bay offers lots of eclectic boutique shops and is a great location for antique shopping!

The biggest attraction in the area is Hearst Castle which is about 25 miles north along beautiful Highway 1. Along the way be sure to stop to see the famous elephant seals that spend the winter here. If you drive beyond Hearst Castle you enter the amazing Big Sur coast.

Because San Luis Obispo is the home of California Polytechnical Institute, there are many great cultural events available and lots of entertainment and shopping. Be sure to take in the famous Thursday night Farmer's Market in downtown SLO.
