OCCUPANCY: Property occupancy standards are mandated by Fire Codes and legal Homeowner's directives. The maximum allowed occupancy of Regency 808 permits a maximum of up to 6 persons (including small children and infants). Occupancy standards are defined as being the number of persons permitted to be present inside this property at any given time. Violation of the stated occupancy for this property will result in the termination of Guest rental and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. The Occupancy of all properties managed by Navarre Vacation Rentals is carefully monitored. Violation of occupancy standards will not be tolerated.
AMENITIES: The use of community amenity features (Pool & Workout Room) requires all Guests to have wristband identification visibly displayed. Guest failure to visibly display community identification wristbands may result in Security removing Guests from the facility. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be made available for this property.
PETS: Guests are NOT permitted to have pet animals present while in this community. Guest violation will result in the immediate termination of Guest rental and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest violation of the NO PET policy of this community also remains subject to additional financial charges associated with repairs, replacements or pet remediation efforts (Please see Rental Lease Agreement). Any Fines issued by the Homeowner's Association are deemed as billable charges and will be applied to Guest's Credit Card. This community carefully monitors for the presence of animals.
SERVICE ANIMALS: Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC is committed to assisting all Guests in need of a trained Service Animal. Guests requiring the assistance of a Service Animal are asked to notify Navarre Vacation Rentals of this need at the time of establishing a Reservation. Documentation demonstrating Guests' current medical treatment and a licensed physician's medically prescribed need may be requested in order to provide property Owners and Homeowner Association officials with required documentation to substantiate the legitimate need for the presence of an animal.
PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances of a major mechanical failure or Force Majeur, Navarre Vacation Rentals reserves the right to substitute a comparable property.
RENTAL RATES: Rental Rates are subject to change and reflects occupancy levels and availability. Rate Quotes supplied by Navarre Vacation Rentals are only valid for 24 Hours.
SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT permitted within any interior areas of this property. Gorgeous condo and view!
This condo was extremely spacious, very updated and very clean. Anything we needed was already thought of. Extra special touch of Alexa playing some really laid back music when we entered was a nice little addition. This condo has been so taken care of, and the views were spectacular! Even the linens smelled so very fresh, I do believe we’ve found our new “ home away from home”!
Our retirement gift to each other!!! We had a GREAT time!!!
The condo was very clean and nice! We trusted Thane to be honest about the place since we usually stay in a house with ten others! He was fabulous at answering our questions and concerns!! We wanted to do a first retirement trip together in Navarre and it was a success!! We want to go back next summer!!!

What a lovely condo! I rented for two months and could not have been happier. The views were spectacular and the condo was well-equipped and comfortable. Kristy, Tillman and especially Thane were quickly responsive to any needs I had. The Regency is a community in and of itself, with very welcoming people and social activities one can choose to be a part of (or not). The unit was quiet and in a great location, close to the Pier Bar and a convenience store.
Suggestions for the owner: first, thank you for sharing your lovely home! I would come back if I could. In terms of needs: a few more serving pieces, cleaning supplies and cooking items (broiler pan, cooling racks, muffin tins) for the kitchen would be nice for snowbirds who stay a longer period of time. A lounge chair for the balcony would have been nice, since I read and sunned there regularly. And, some of the paint had been touched up with a matte when the walls had been painted with a gloss or semi-gloss. However, these are very SMALL items. Your condo was top-notch!
I would highly recommend this unit, the Regency, and Kilgore Realty staff. You'd be lucky to enjoy this bit of Paradise!

WOW! What a fabulous condo! Décor and furnishings are top notch and are very comfortable. We took full advantage of the huge balcony from morning to night. Perfect spot to drink your morning coffee watching dolphins in the gulf to evening beverages and meals while relaxing to the sound of the waves. We have been visitors to Navarre Beach for the last 28 years and feel this is Florida's best kept secret. A must are steamed shrimp at Juana's and chicken tenders and spring rolls at Lagerheads at the foot of the pier. Fresh seafood abounds at Joe Patti's in Pensacola, a short senic drive from Navarre. TC's Front Porch has great burgers. Renting from NVR was easy and very professional. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. We will be back!!!

Great condo for family of 5
This condo has plenty of room for 5-6 people comfortably. The balcony is huge, there are hard surface floors throughout, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking just about any meal you can think of. It was also very clean. There is a full size washer and dryer for your beachy clothes and towels. My only warning is that the sliding doors leading out to the balcony are very hard to open and close. It took all of my 125 lbs pushing really hard to get any of them open. I am assuming they protect the condo from severe weather, so it's worth that! Thanks for the great week at the beach.

This property is amazing. Such a big condo! Beautiful, and so clean. While the condos on either side of the Regency had crowded beaches, ours was perfect, and not crowded at all. There are just not enough good things to say. We can't wait to go back again!

Additional information about rental rates
Maximum Occupancy of Regency 808 may never exceed 6 persons. Occupancy includes small children and infants and all invitees of Guest Lessee. Guest Lessee must Officially Register and Check-In at the Offices of Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC prior to taking rental possession of the reserved property. Guest Lessee must present legally issued photo ID and a major Credit Card at the time of Check-In. Lessee's Credit Card information will be retained throughout Lessee's rental visit and acts in lieu of a collected refundable Damage Deposit. It is mutually understood and accepted that Lessee's Credit Card will also serve to cover any incurred expenses arising from Lessee's rental use of the property and premises. Expenses include but are not limited to: Property Repairs, Property Replacements, Fines associated with Lessee's failure to comply with terms of the Rental Lease Agreement and any Specially Ordered Services made by Lessee during their rental use of the property. NVR encourages all Guests to secure Travel Interruption Insurance Coverage from a licensed third party Insurance Broker. Guest Cancellations of a Reservation with 60+ Days Advanced Notice prior to Reservation commencement remains eligible for a Full 100% Refund. Guest Cancellations of a Reservation with 30+ Days Advanced Notice prior to Reservation commencement remains eligible for a 50% Refund. Guest Cancellations of fewer than 30 days Advanced Notice prior to Reservation commencement remains responsible for the full faithful financial performance of property rental. Rental Rates, Property Availability and Acceptance of Online Bookings remains subject to Review and Confirmation by Navarre Vacation Rentals.
