We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. Totally accurate photos and description with the property clean and well maintained, lots of clean towels for indoor and outdoor use and fresh linen on the beds. Great customer service before our stay - queries / messages answered quickly, and we were left uninterrupted by the owner / management co during our stay (also by gardeners and pool cleaners who slipped in and out unobtrusively during our stay!). A convenient spot to be in Palm Springs, well placed for local amenities yet tranquil and restful. We would love to return for another break and would thoroughly recommend this property.Response

Nice House

Stayed here with some friends for a long weekend. The house was fairly clean as pictured. Nick was super lovely and explained everything/showed us around when we arrived. We noticed in the morning by the pool that there seemed to be a lot of ants but it's the desert so I think that's a common problem.

There are chimpanzees next door, you can hear them. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Very nice!

This is a beautiful, clean home with great views and a wonderful pool area. Management is very attentive. We had a question about the pool heater, and management sent someone out to inspect the heater nearly immediately. This house is located very close to the tourist attractions, grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen, dining, and living area does get quite hot during the day time, but it cools off nicely after the sun sets. Also, you cannot block the morning sun from the bedrooms, so if you are not a morning person, be prepared to be one while staying here. Overall, we really enjoyed the house, and we recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well maintained place to stay while in Palm Springs.

It was really nice!

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The AC in the living room did not seem to work the best. There was about a 15 degree difference from the rooms to the living room so that was difficult. I recommend that the owners put up curtains to keep the sunlight out. Also, there are chimpanzees living next door. The first time we encountered them it was very frightening. They chimps screamed loudly and sounded like they were attacking one another and banging their bodies against the medal fence. But after we realized what it was, we understood and tried to ignore it. Great location close enough to Downtown.

Beautiful Property

We had a group of friends stay for a long weekend and the location was perfect. Only about a 5-10 minute drive from everything we wanted to see in Palm Springs! The house was very clean and had amazing mountain views. The pool was perfect size and the backyard was huge! They do have chimpanzees as neighbors which can randomly get very loud, but you cannot hear them unless you are outside. They provide plenty of extra towels which is nice and the carport can fit two small cars which saved the cars from getting too hot. Lovely stay with amazing amenities! Would stay here again!
