Comfortable home and lovely setting

  • 4 of 5

Matt and Leah provided a very comfortable home for our stay. Everything was very clean, and the house was well equipped. One of the two bathrooms only had a bathtub, no shower, but that was our only inconvenience. Matt was quick to shovel snow and to answer any of my questions.

Perfect place for family or group of friends to experience the best of Bozeman.

  • 4 of 5

Very comfortable, large house - perfect for our family + a grandparent. Loved staying so close to town, and also having such a rural experience. Beautiful surroundings, lots of deer, and just missed seeing a bear in the back yard! Matt was helpful and accommodating. Would have given 5 stars, but the house needs just a little updating (nothing serious: some cupboards don't quite close, leaky kitchen faucet, loud appliances). Highly recommend this property!!!

Comfortable, roomy home away from home.

  • 5 of 5

The 6 of us enjoyed the ability to spread out that this house gave us. We had been in 2 large-size rooms in Yellowstone before coming to Bozeman, so it was great to have a bigger place for the 2 kids with us to play. Checking in & out was very easy and Matt gave us some good info as to some local & near-by things to see. Fairy Lake was a great place to go with kids. We would recommend this rental and the town of Bozeman to anyone coming to WY.

The only drawback for us was the softness of the king bed upstairs -- we prefer firm mattresses. But that -- obviously -- speaks to individual preferences, not the overall quality of the rental property.

The home was perfect for our stay. We loved sitting on the deck enjoying the views. The property is located within minutes of anything you would like to do in Bozeman. I would recommended this property to anyone.

Great house in perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

Matt and Leah were really nice and made the renting procedure very easy. A group of eight of us stayed at this house for a bachelor party. The house is way bigger than it appears from the street view and there was plenty of space and beds for everyone in our group. The house was very clean and organized. There was an extra leaf and plenty of chairs for us all to be able to sit at the dinning room table. We stayed at the place during mid June and the house remained very cool temperatured even though it was 85 degrees out. The house was in a great location, it was close to downtown and campus. We only had one complaint and that is that there is two bathrooms both of which have toilets but one has a shower/tub and the other only has a bathtub and with a group of guys we all wanted to shower not take a bath which made it kind of inconvenient. Other than that minor detail I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely stay there again. Thank you Matt and Leah!!!

We loved the house! There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room to move about .

  • 5 of 5

We felt like we were in the country but we're still close to town. It did not take long to drive to the places we wanted to see. Usually less than an hour. The boys ( 6 + 7) played ball and Frisbee in the back yard. We even were able to go for long scenic walks in the morning. We saw plenty of deer, including a beautiful buck and fawns, from the balcony. The boys were disappointed when we had to leave .

We would love to visit Bozeman again and this is the perfect place to stay.
