This home is decorated with a tasteful and contemporary style; it was designed by the renowned architect Ricardo Arosemena. The main house has a beautiful and spacious gourmet kitchen and a comfortable living room that opens to the outdoor terrace. This home has a beautiful covered outdoor dining area that provides a perfect place for an oceanfront meal.

The master suite exits the private courtyard and is separated from the main house, is truly a private hideaway! In the main house you will be able to find two air conditioned suites with private bathrooms, open the large windows and look out to our beautiful Danta Beach!

This charming three bedroom home also has a roof top terrace that offers spectacular Pacific and mountain views. Family and friends traveling together will enjoy their time at Casa Athena.

At Las Catalinas you will be truly pampered! We offer daily maid service! our “House Mom” will make you feel just at home, she will prepare breakfast for you every morning and smoothies during the day. Private security guard and our personal Concierge Service will assist with planning your exciting vacation prior to your arrival, coordinate your transportation from the airport with us and any other service like car rental, spa treatments and tour reservations; we make sure your stay is relaxing and stress free. For those nights you want to have a special dinner we are able to coordinate a Gourmet Chef or have our House Mom prepare you traditional meal for lunch, don’t worry about anything we would buy all of your groceries for you!

Low Season (May 1 through Nov 15): The balance of the reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Credit card payments will be automatically charged at this time. If the reservation is booked within 60 days prior to arrival, the entire stay is due at the time of booking. “Guest” may cancel a reservation during Low Season (May 1 through Nov 15) by providing written notice via e-mail to rentals@lascatalinascr.com, a minimum of 60 days prior to Arrival Date. The receipt of the notice must be confirmed by return e-mail by the Reservation Department for the cancellation to be considered accepted. Upon such notice, any Reservation Deposits previously paid by “Guest” shall be refunded minus any bank commission.
High or Peak Season (Nov 16 – Apr 30): The balance of a reservation during Peak Season is due 6 months prior to arrival date. Credit card payments will be automatically charged at this time. If the reservation is booked within 6 months prior to arrival, the entire stay is due at the time of booking. All reservations booked during Peak Season are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs during the High or Peak Season (Nov 16 – Apr 30), “Guest” will forfeit all sums paid.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
