This property is part of our Dolphin Watch Collection of luxury beachfront condos--all FIVE-STAR RATED. We currently have three units available for rent/lease. All are well outfitted; extremely clean, beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated.

They all have maximum direct window/balcony exposure to the Gulf of Mexico for the best views on Sand Key. Spectacular water views from every window.

Each unit is completely 'Vacation Ready' includes at least the following: washer & dryer; fresh bed linens; fluffy bath towels; beach towels; beach chairs, beach umbrellas, picnic coolers, beach cart, boogie boards; complete kitchen and dining items, etc. We even provide a few lightweight jackets if you need them for cool evenings so that you can pack light if you're flying.

LHT-907 (vrbo #411807) is our flagship of the collection at 1450 square feet with two bedrooms and two full baths. The grande master suite is gorgeous.

LHT-1206 (vrbo #556556) Totally and completely updated in 2012; two bedroom; two full bath unit with a beautifully outfitted kitchen, dining room and living room.

LHT-1204 (vrbo #509660) is the very convenient neighbor to LHT-1206. If you have a large group or just need more space, these two units are perfect for each other when rented together.

Lighthouse Towers is the only highrise development we know of on Sand Key that has full sun on the pool area ALL DAY LONG .

This specific unit is like have two hotel rooms each with their own private bathroom and full closet AND a living room AND a dinning room AND a full kitchen AND a laundry AND a fantastic view FOR THE SAME PRICE AS A SINGLE HOTEL ROOM

Lived up to expectations

We rented for the month of February after seeing the pictures on VRBO. The condo was as beautiful as the pictures portrayed. It was tastefully decorated and so comfortable that it quickly felt like home to us. The owner was extremely helpful when we moved in and accommodated us with an earlier check in. We love Sand Key and have already booked February 2018.

Wonderful Stay

What a clean and beautiful place to stay, the view is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures give you a good idea about the accommodations but being here in person is even better. We really enjoyed our stay, the quietness of the condo, the beach access right out your door, the sunrise and sunset photo ops, a couple of dolphins swimming by, and all the restaurants within walking distance. It's a perfect stay and will come back again someday, highly recommend. My only complaint is the the paperwork needs to be updated for the check in procedure. It gave me the wrong parking spot and it did not have the code for condo access. I called Lee right away and we were able to get it straightened out and start enjoying our stay.

Beautiful condo with issues

When we arrived at the Condo, we were unable to get in because we couldn't get in touch with the owner. (He was out of town in Alaska. ) We waited for over an hour and finally got a hold of him when a Homeaway representative was able to contact him . (The owner finally gave us the access code. ) We entered the condo and it was beautiful even with a tropical storm brewing outside ! The beach supplies are limited. We found out why when we had another group of people enter the condo (evidently ,the access code to get in is a universal code used on all his condo properties) and said the owner told them there were beach supplies available inside the property. This seemed inappropriate and a security issue because we had already occupied the residence. We did have a problem with the TV. The owner was not available and we could not get it fixed until I found a maintenance man to move the entertainment center out and see that the tv wasn't hooked up to the cable. There was no TV until a day before we were leaving. There is a grocery store and restaurant within walking distance. The pool is nice and there are plenty of beach towels in the condo. The condo would get 5 stars but lack of communication from the owner and security issues lost two stars.

Owner's Response: I'm not quite sure how to respond to this but I'll try by just stating the facts and adding "I'm sorry." First of all we make every effort to greet all of our guests at the gate upon their arrival. Unfortunately, that was not possible in this case--I'm sorry. We encourage all of our guests (in writing) to call a day or two ahead to go over check in, door codes, etc. We were hoping you would call in advance at your convenience. Now I wish I would have called you instead--I'm sorry I didn't. Though we are almost always able to get people checked in early, we would like to know ahead of time so that we can at least make ourselves available by phone if not in person. I had no idea what time they were planning on checking in and happened to be on a plane at the time. I'm sorry. However, I we did talk as soon as the plane landed, which was still prior to the designated check in time. I'm sorry I was not available when you called. We have a large array of beach equipment which is stored separately yet accessible to all of our units. We ask (in writing) that it be returned to storage immediately after usage to make it available for someone else AND to keep salt and sand out of our condos. This guest was hoarding beach equipment so we sent someone in to retrieve it. And yes we have universal access codes for ourselves, security, management, plumber, cleaning, etc. Guests do not have these codes. I'm sorry the TV was not plugged in when you arrived. I'm sorry I was not able to determine that over the phone when you called. I suggested you call the cable company who would have been able to determine the problem immediately. We also provide the name and phone number of our maintenance man. I'm sorry the problem was not corrected sooner. Our trip to Alaska was a once in a lifetime trip. We live in a vacation paradise, so we're almost always around--why go anywhere else--right? I wish there was something I could do at this point beside say that "I'm sorry and ask your forgiveness."

This truely is a Gulf Front paradise.

Lovely two bedroom condo with great views from the 12th floor. The pool was never crowded nor the beach. It felt like our own private resort. Great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive and if you feel the need to use a gym to work off all the great food the one at the Sheraton can be used for a small fee. I would highly recommend this condo at Light House Towers on Sand Key. My husband and I are looking forward to returning.
