Home away from home

The property is located at a very convenience location with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and skytrain. The unit is big with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Free parking, Free Wi-Fi and Free cable TV. Very clean and comfortable, just feel like home.

Definitely will return and stay here when next visit Richmond

The location is an A++. As I don't drive, the proximity to Skytrain station is so critical for me to travel here and there.

Meliissa is very nice and on time in arranging both check-in and check-out matters. The condo is very neat and tidy. The wifi connection is super.

With full set of kitchen stove, I am able to cook, though the heat sensor is so sensitive that has given me a scare once when I am cooking noodles on the left side of the stove and frying bacon on the right. When the cooking is just limited to the left side, it is ok.

I am not too familiar with how to use the oven, so probably with an instructional manual would help. Also for the TV, it seems that the audio channel is not broadcasting the audio track of the TV programme, but anyway, I didn't border as I am not a big TV fan. Again, a user manual may help.

Just one more issue, the shower in the master bedroom works very well, but for the showerhead in the other bathroom, the water jets/flush are a bit weak. Not sure if it is relating to water pressure.

Anyway, I have enjoyed my stay and will return. Thanks Melissa.

Owner's Response: Thank you very much for the detailed feedback. I'll finish a TV guidebook as soon as possible and make it easier for most TV viewers. Also make a copy of some manuals for easier access of kitchen appliance.

Great place to stay!

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was very convenient. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Also took advantage of the pool and hot tub. Parking was convenient as it was on the same

level as the condo. There was some traffic noise as the condo was next to No. 3 Road but this did not bother us. Melissa and Justin were very responsive to our questions, arranging a time to pick up the key and requests for additional blankets and linens. Will stay there when we visit again.

Fabulous Stay!

We stayed at this property two years ago and our experience was so positive that we returned for our second stay. If you are reading this review or looking for your next vacation home to rent in Richmond look nowhere else, this property is clean, in GREAT location, across the street from the Sky train. The hosts, Justin and Melissa, were awesome and accommodated to all our needs.
