Why Kari Bracy chose St. Augustine

While we live only 25 minutes north of downtown Saint Augustine, we found our family spending almost every weekend down in the city. We fell in love with history and charm of St. Augustine, and love to walk around the city with our kids and explore all that there is to offer. In 2013, we found this house and absolutely fell in love with it. The energy and comfort of this historic home reeled us in, and we had to own it! After spending the past 5 months renovating the house (both bathrooms were completely gutted and remodeled, everything was re-plumbed, re-piped, painted, etc) we are ready to share our house with other guests. We hope that you love the home as much as we do, and that you are able to enjoy this beautiful city while you vacation here.

What makes this house unique

Spacious 2 story home with all of the modern conveniences. Adorable, shaded, fenced back yard and large front porch (if you are like us, you will spend a LOT of time here!). Great off street parking (a big plus in St. Augustine). Walking distance to Flagler College, Castillo de St. Marco, Saint George Street, and tons of restaurants, bars, museums, and shops.

Great location! Perfect for families or couples trip.

  • 5 of 5

We loved staying at this house which was perfect for four couples. It has everything you need for a great vacation. Walking distance to Flagler shopping, bars and restaraunts. Beach is a short drive, and beach towels/chairs are provided at the rental. We didn't get to use the bikes but would have loved to ride around the historic district. The owners were very accommodating even after hurricane Irma came through town the week before. Kari was great to work with! We will definitely be back!

Cute, Comfortable House

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay this past weekend. We were in town for a wedding that was in Downtown St. Augustine. We were walking distance to the venue and all the nightlife. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with! We'd definitely stay there again.

This house was in a GREAT location and perfect for our family celebration!

  • 5 of 5

65 Saragossa was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk most places we wanted to go to. We had no complaints about the accommodations. We also loved the historic aspect of the house and neighborhood. We took advantage of the front porch and it seemed to be a favorite of both children and adults. We had plenty of room and never felt like we were tripping over each other or in someone’s “space”. We felt grateful that the owners allowed us use of the beach chairs (saved on packing!). The only negative was that our week was over and we had to go home. I hope we are able to stay again on another visit to St. Augustine.

Comfortable house -- had everything we needed.

  • 5 of 5

This house is in a great location-- easy to walk to everything, yet out of the touristy hustle and bustle. Spacious, clean, and quiet with all the amenities expected, and more. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch. Owners were very responsive and promptly answered our questions and provided restaurant and activity recommendations. Ample parking is a plus.
