Great location!

We stayed in Marc's apartment for 2 1/2 weeks. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities-the kitchen was amply furnished, the air conditioners were welcome as the July temps in Montreal can be humid, and the bath was well stocked with towels. Marc, the owner, was very gracious and accommodating and upgraded wifi while we were there.

The apartment location was on the top, 3rd floor--so be prepared for walking up about 50 steps from street level--it was good exercise! The Cote-des-Neiges neighborhood had 2 subway stops, many different ethnic restaurants, groceries,a dollar store and beaucoup patisseries (our downfall) within an easy 10 minute walk. Don't miss the St. Joseph Oratory up the hill, a 5-minute walk. We did not care for the living room futon as a sofa, but made it work for us. Overall, a fine accommodation and gracious host!

Great apartment stay in Montreal

This was perfect for our 4 night stay. Parked the car and took the Metro everywhere from Snowdon Metro closeby. Apartment was exactly as described & pictured and comfortable bed and bedding. Even some goodies in the fridge to get us started...nice touch!

Comfortable Apartment in a Great Location

This was a perfect find in a lovely neighbourhood. Easy access from the 15 Laurentian Autoroute & Decarie expressway; parking was free for the weekend on Queen Mary Road close to the building entrance. Apartment was exactly as described & pictured. Appreciated being met by Marc upon arrival. Marc oriented us with the apartment as well as the immediate area, with great recommendations of restaurants & cafes. Snowdon metro is close; easy access to downtown. Apartment was clean & comfortable. Loved our stay here. Would definitely recommend to others. Excellent value for rate charged!
