This Bonaire Club 1bdrm, 1 bath condo has been recently remodeled. Part of Village Green, it is so close to town, a short walk to the beach as well as the bay. Floridian accents pepper this well stocked condo. A new queen sized bed, dresser with vanity, and ample closets are featured in the bedroom. There is an exterior door that accesses the outside patio and parking area.
A completely remodeled bathroom features shower and vanity, plus fluffy towels and bathmats.
The kitchen opens up to the living room, featuring a breakfast bar, new oven/stove, full sized stainless refrigerator, bar glasses, and stocked with all cooking utensils and dinnerware.
A glass-topped dining table seats four with easy access to the kitchen. The open living room features a sleeper sofa and loveseat, coffee table, extra seating, media cabinet with flat screen TV and DVD, as well as four stools at the bar. There is an exterior door that connects to the wrap around sidewalk, with easy access to downtown Old Naples.
The condo is air conditioned with wall air conditioners, but offers up some nice cross breezes enhanced by ceiling fans if you want to turn off the air. Naples gets some mild evenings and the breezes are fantastic.
There is a shared laundry area with two washers and dryers (coin operated) for resident use.
The condo has a designated parking space just off the back patio. There is additional guest parking as well. There are outside patio tables with umbrellas. Just one building over is the recreation center which features a outside heated pool, lounge chairs, recreation facility, Internet library, extra showers and restroom, shuffleboard, and meeting area. It's easy to meet new people and engage in evening activities.

This condo was originally purchased by my parents. They had many happy times in Naples, enjoying the beach and dining options. I took over for my mom this year. We still like to visit, but it is a bit of a stretch from the west coast. I own a hotel on the Jersey Shore as well, so I'm thinking Naples will be a great getaway in the future.

My family chose this property due to its location. You can walk everywhere! As a matter of fact, in the early years, my folks visited Naples without a vehicle and walked and biked to the beach, dining, and the bay (The Dock is a favorite for dinner!). With the new remodel Bonnie (my mom's nickname for the condo) is looking fresh and inviting.
I love the evening breezes that come through the condo. With two ceiling fans, the fresh air waifs through, you can smell the Gulf, hear the birds, and feel like you are on vacation!
Was visiting family in Naples and stayed at this condo. It is so close to everything. Loved the Saturday Farmer's Market, Thursday night shopping with live music on 3rd street, plus a morning walk to the pier and beach. Like the Floridian feel of the condo and really liked the renovated bathroom. The kitchen is a bit small, but who cooks in Florida anyway. The breakfast bar is nice for a quick snack. The condo has everything including beach chairs. Would visit again.
Great condo, with new renovated bathroom and updated furnishings. So close to everything in Old Naples. Just a couple blocks to the beach, only one block from 3rd Ave (love Tommy Bahamas for dinner), and a couple of blocks to the Dock on the Cove. Just leave the car and walk everywhere. Condo was very clean and well stocked.
Location, location, location! The Bonaire Club is just a block off of Third Street in historic Old Naples. It’s an elegant shopping and dining area, with over 100 shops, boutiques, restaurants and art galleries. With several events including Third Thursdays with live music and shopping, and weekly farmers’ markets, the area is alive all year long.
If Third Street is not enough to keep you busy it is only eight blocks to Fifth Avenue South, with even more restaurants, boutiques and galleries. Palm trees glitter with tiny lights, window shopping ensues, and al fresco dining is on every corner.
Just four blocks from the beach, the Naples Pier on 12th Ave. South, is a hotbed of activity. From nightly celebration of sunsets, to watching the pelicans, dolphins, and fishermen, the Pier is just a short walk from the condo. Located just four blocks in the other direction is Crayton Cove, home to the Dock Restaurant and the Naples City Dock, complete with sailing sloops, yachts, and fishing boats. An evening meal next to the water, a horse & carriage ride, a bit of shopping at the Naples Ship Store or perhaps an evening water taxi to other dining venues? Just a couple of blocks from home.
If charter fishing and sailing are on your list of things to do, the charter boats are ready. And not far from home, you’ll find Tin City, with its collection of shops and restaurants.
This one bedroom, one bath condo at the Bonaire Club is on the first floor with easy access out the front door with sidewalks to downtown, or out the back door to the patio with umbrella tables, and the parking pad. The condo features a new queen sized bed, ample closet space, completed remodeled bathroom with shower, open full kitchen, living room with view of landscaped grounds, and dining area. A flatscreen TV with DVD provide in home entertainment, or as mentioned, hit the town just a block away.
The Bonaire Club shares amenities with Village Green, providing a heated pool, shower area, meeting rooms, Internet access, shuffleboard area, and lots of meet & greet activities.
Sports enthusiasts will love the ocean and beach for swimming, stand up paddling, shelling, sunning, and even surfing if the wind kicks up. Fishing abounds on the pier. There’s public tennis courts just a few blocks away, and plenty of opportunity for biking riding, jogging, and power walking.
