The three bedrooms include two king size beds in the two master bedrooms over looking the ocean and a queen size bed in the third bedroom. Each bedroom has a full bath. There is a half a bath for the social areas which doubles as a laundry room as well. The terrace includes a spectacular marble dinning room seats 8 people. A BBQ in the terrace and a bar surrounding it can seat guests while you are cooking a delicious meal overlooking the wave break and the ocean. The heated pool and jacussy will relax you after a day of fishing. Enjoy romantic walks on our soft sand beach. Construction next door completed.

I love the location near all, Palmilla, Querencia, Golf, Beach near the restaurants, I love dinning out. Everything is close, shops, banks, fun and entertainment. I love it here.

What makes this condo unique

Once I walked to that over sized terrace, I was hooked on this Penthouse. The majority of it enjoys spectacular views of the ocean. I love it!

Very disappointing and misleading photos

Construction noise of hammers, drills, saws, grinders and banging pipes was horrific, almost constant 24/7 up to 3-4am for the month we were there. All of this 50 feet or so from the patio. We were unable to use it to eat and or relax due to the constant dust in the air, on the table/chair surfaces etc. We could barely carry on a conversation or hear the tv in the next room with the worker traffic ( and yelling to one another) up and down the scaffolding beside us. The new construction totally blocks the beachview on this side so this photo is misleading and should be removed.

The opposite side of the condo has constant highway noise with mega trucks in and out of the parking lot which makes it very challenging to get fresh air in the Q- BR. With no a/c it can be quite stuffy.

The sofa is uncomfortable and old with many patches. Blinds are also patched and all the curtains need repair and cleaning. Screen door is torn and off it's track. One can barely see through the dusty window screens. 2 of the 5 ceiling fans are non functional. A/C in one BR blows concrete dust. The kitchen is dark with both undercounter light fixtures not working. 3 of 4 bedside lights and 1 ceiling lightbulb burnt out. The BBQ wasn't working due to an empty propane tank. It was replaced and cleaned promptly. After many calls and hours the wifi was working.One toilet had been shut off which we fixed by simply replacing the flap. Sink drain leaking as had been repaired with duct tape? Electricity shut off x2 and water x1 for hours without warning so had to rush out to buy bags of ice to preserve food. Poor quality cookware, adequate dishes, cutlery but plastic glasses worn out. A doz. or so dying poinsettia plants had been left, were full of tiny mites and flies. A nuisance to get rid of them.

We were asked to leave the condo x3 so it could be shown to perspective buyers which was an inconvenience .

Halfway through our stay security denied access to the beachside pool and hot tubs. After many calls and 3 days later Reyna was able to resolve this but it was one more annoyance.

Beds are comfortable, although the mattresses and pillows are stained. Showers are good and plenty of towels. 5 major appliances appear new and are good quality. Lots of closet space.

Pool and grounds are very well maintained.

For the most part, the owner was reachable by phone and tried to address our concerns. Unfortunately there were just too many in the end and we could hardly wait to leave

Penthouse is just a fancy name!

Far from the dream location. Though we were renting the penthouse, it turned out to be the nightmare house. We booked this trip in spring of 2016 after having back surgery. In addition, we were both retiring at the end of the year. This was our time to celebrate and recover! A month before we were due to arrive we got notified that there was construction going on next door and was told its not bad. DECITFUL!! The owner did offer our money back knowing our chances were slim in finding and booking another three bedroom, impossible. The construction was going on at the time we booked the unit in mid 2016. When we arrived, the owner told us the construction was supposed to be completed by the time we arrived. She also told us she had just stayed in the condo. Anyone could see it wasn’t even close to being completed. She knew it would not be finished even when she sent us the email to us the end of November. DECITFUL! This place is a 1 and a half star at best. Living room sofa had patches all over it. When you sat in it you sunk into it! There are two chairs older than my grandma. Looks like a bunch of stuff from a junk store. Same as all the utensils in the kitchen. I was afraid the handles would fall off the pans. Cheap! The TV and the Internet worked half the time. TV in the master was the size of my computer screen at home. CHEAP! On the owners behalf, the beds were very nice. Oh yes and half of the ceiling fans didn’t work. Toilet in the outside bedroom ran on and on. Nice patio furniture, except the chairs were too short for the table. The Owners answer to that was to just put a extra seat cushion on it. CHEAP! It would have been nice to BBQ. But, the dust was floating in the air all of the time - Day and night we had the dust and the noise. DECITFUL! One of the pictures on her site, shows a gorgeous beach view. That is where a building sits today. Just bring it up on Google earth DECITFUL!! Now if I was not living in the political world I live in today, this means liar! In my opinion, this place needs to be sold to a person that can afford to bring the unit up to its full potential. STAY AWAY Don’t be Alarmed! There are plenty of beautiful and well equipped units in this condo complex! This complex is wonderful and well maintained. The beach is breath taking!

Nice place but needs improvement

We stayed there for 3 months in 2015. It was following the hurricane so there were some items missing. The elevator never got fixed so for 3 months we had to walk up to the fifth floor. We kept being told the parts were on order. We had pets and got a maid in once a week for cleaning. When we left we got dinged with extra cleaning charges.

Must go to art walk on Thursdays 6-9pm downtown comes alive with shops, galleries, restaurants and live music. Visit Charlie Sheen's Bar at Hotel El Ganzo. Go to Flora's Farm, quite the dinning experience. Or simply enjoy staying in our spectacular Penthouse.
