About Mary Mullin
Hi there, My name is Mary and I have lived in Dublin for about 20 years, but originally come from the West of Ireland. I married a Dublin man and have never looked back! We don't have any children yet, but perhaps one day. My husband owned this property before I met him, so I lived here for quite some time before we decided to short-let the property!
Mary Mullin purchased this Apartment in 2003
Why Mary Mullin chose City Centre Dublin
My husband and I lived in this apartment when we got married, and after a couple of years moved a little outside the city because of my husbands job commitments, but we still miss being in the heart of the city…We have short-let the property every since and My sister Marge and myself look after all the lettings.
What makes this Apartment unique
Honestly; you could not be in a better location in Dublin City Centre, you are right smack bang in the middle of everything from Sight seeing, restaurants, shopping, theatres etc., its all there next door to you. It is not necessary have a car; you will never even need to catch a bus! Another unique benefit is that Cows Lane is situated in the quieter part of Temple Bar - the 'Cultural Quarter'. There are no Night Clubs or Pubs on Cows Lane (the street apartment sits on), so it is very well positioned.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
Mary was great to deal with. She met us when we arrived, arranged taxis when required, and was quick to respond to our needs. The flat is roomy and comfortable. The balcony is a bonus with shelter and seating. The location is superb. There are many eating establishments, drinking establishments, and historical sightseeing venues within minutes walk of the flat. The only issue some may have is the late night noise level. There are many short term rentals in the building and area and many of the visitors are there to party. Never a threat mind you but can be loud late. Having said that, the many great points outweigh the bad.
Awesome location. Units needs some TLC.
This property is in an awesome location in the heart of all the action and extremely walkable to all the must see venues in Dublin. With this, one should expect some noise from the nightlife in the area. The bathroom is dated and some other elements of the house could use some attention. Overall I consider this a good value and we enjoyed our stay.
The apartment was exactly as advertised. It had been raining so we asked Mary to change our pickup location to a covered area. No problem. The apartment was clean, beds comfortable & the apartment stocked with all necessary things. Mary came once a week to change the beds and towels. Left coffee & cookies for us. Texted periodically to be sure every thing was OK and that we wanted for nothing. When it came time for us to leave, Mary scheduled a taxi to take us to the airport. This apartment is close to restaurants, shopping and buses. It has WiFi also. Mary is the sweetest & caring person. Loved her. We would gladly stay there again.
Hi Barbara Ann, Thank you for your lovely comments ...I am however only doing my job, but lovely guests like you make it such a pleasure to do :)
I'm delighted you enjoyed and were so happy in the apartment, plus its close vicinity to everything, and I do hope our paths cross again one day. Best wishes to you both, Mary.
