Located in the picturesque Canyon Mesa Country Club complex, this 2br/2.5ba, 1280 sq. ft. condo has been completely redecorated. With nearly everything new (carpet, furniture, TVs, appliances, bedding, cabinets, paint) this 2 story condo offers a comfortable, relaxed yet stylish environment in which to enjoy the beauty of Sedona. A spacious family room with a fireplace and new 46' HD TV provides ample room for all types of entertainment. The kitchen, with all new appliances, cabinets, and counter tops, is well stocked with all necessary utensils and cutlery. The dining room is perfect for all types of dining, while doubling as a card/board game gathering point. Both the master and guest bedrooms (each on second floor) are roomy and equipped with ceiling fans Each has its own large closet and flat screen TV (40'-mater/32'-guest). The two story casita has patios off both the main floor family room and off the upstairs master bedroom. Please look at its "sister condo" (VRBO #860341) which is located in the same complex and has undergone similar renovations. Please check with owner for weekly and monthly rates.

A very well groomed, unique 9 hole executive golf course is available for public use within the condo complex. The heated pool and Jacuzzi are available for use from May 1st through October 31st. The tennis courts are available for use year round. Both the pool and tennis courts are free for guests.

About the owner: I teach in suburban Kansas City (Overland Park), and find Sedona a beautiful and invigorating place. My family (sister, brother-in-law, my niece, her husband, and their son) live in Scottsdale and Phoenix respectively, and we love visiting Sedona whenever possible.
