Decent place to stay, needs a bit more attention to detail.

The Sea Breeze complex was well maintained and the staff very friendly. This unit had comfortable beds and furniture. Beautiful view and great location. Easy walk to Johns Pass. The downside: WIFI is spotty to nonexistent; wood trim throughout condo needs fresh paint; kitchen is functional but cabinets are sticky. A number of light bulbs were burnt out. The electrical outlets were worn out and could not hold plugs in very well, The water faucets seem to be reversed in temperature and fluctuated between warm and cold often. With a bit more attention to detail this could be a great place to stay.

Great Vacation!

We love staying at this condo - this is the second time we have stayed in this unit and it was very nice both times. The first time we stay was two years ago and then we stayed just a couple of weeks ago. We actually just hung out at the beach and pool for a couple of days and didn't even go anywhere. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to be able to cook a meal which we did more than we went out. The only complaint I have to say about this visit was there were some adults hanging out by the pool that started having a really "good" time at about 10 in the morning. By the afternoon, they could hardly walk and were talking very loudly to where you could not enjoy yourselves at the pool. Several vacationers left the pool area because of the loudness and crudeness of the other guests. As far as the condo is concerned, it is very nice and we definitely would stay there again.

The room was fantastic. I loved how many bath towels they provided. I never had to do laundry. I would for sure stay here again. Walking distance to johns pass.

Perfectly wonderful apartment and location.

Wonderful vacation

we had a wonderful stay at the Sea Breeze. The condo was perfect. It has just what we needed and wanted. It was clean and very inviting!! The view fro. The balcony was breathtaking!!! We will definitely be going back!!

NOT a Luxury Condo by any standard -Massive Rental Increase

My husband & I rented this unit for February and March 2015 and were told the unit was being renovated in February 2014.We agree the condo is spacious with a great view but a broken patio door that requires two hands to open, three wine glasses ( I bought & left behind 5), red & yellow plastic bowls -no ceramic or glass cereal bowls, no blender, no can opener, poor quality pots & pans, dishwasher that was shoved into a hole cut in the cupboard , cheap kitchen cupboards poorly repainted, 2nd bathroom bathtub yellowed & dirty looking, one set of sheets for each bed,(remove wash & put back on bed, a pay per use washer & dryer and an intercom to open the door that did not work (called Brenda - Advised call building maintenance after 2 months still no return call), vacuum cleaner that was so loud surprised no one complained, no cleaning supplies & only a filthy dirty squeeze mop to clean tile floors, dirty venetian blinds on windows.

The carpet looked new and master bathroom had been renovated and was modern and clean. Digital door lock was great - no keys to lose just an easy code to remember.

All these problems and the monthly rental for 2016 is $900.00 more. We were never asked if we wanted to rent next year and then noticed it was booked for Feb.2016 for $700.00 more than this year. Question re rental next year met with vague responses. We then noticed March was rented and the monthly rate was now $900.00 more and the 2015 rent rate was changed so that increase did not appear so great. Consider this very unprofessional and questionable behaviour for a rental owner.

Loved the area,great beach, nice pool & hot tub. Building quiet, clean and well maintained.

Advise rent this unit with caution & no expectation of a return visit

Owner's Response: I'm sorry but these tenants never called me to tell me of any complaints they are now saying they had. I would of seen that they were taken care of if they had called me. Pictures of our Condo are accurate and our Kitchen Cabinets are not a hole that you through pans into. Our pans are Stainless Steel Pans. We have had repeat customers for several years. These tenants did call us to ask if they could rent the following year. The unit was already booked and the renter was upset with us because they could not book for the following year. Our prices are posted on the web, there are no surprises as to what our rates are. We do not go up on rates when a person. has a rental agreement.
