Quality construction and casual elegance define the interior. Step outside into lush grounds unrivalled by any other property in Moab. Two natural springs, expansive green space, and shade in summer provide the biggest backyard of any local accommodation.

We own and operate this vacation rental ourselves, living just 30 minutes away.
We're an international family: my husband is from Australia, I'm from Canada, and our daughter is American.
You'll find us outside year round: hiking, biking, climbing and canyoneering in the red-rock canyons; x-country skiing in the nearby Lasal Mountains; and enjoying the rapids of the Colorado River.
Come to Moab and see for yourselves!

Shannon purchased this townhome in 2014
This was the first rental property I looked at in Moab. Then, I visited about 20 others, and just kept thinking, "But Moab Springs Ranch is so lovely". And I still think that way!
The quality construction of Moab Springs Ranch makes it stand out. But what you will find truly special about this place are the expansive and lush grounds just outside the door. A private park features a (seasonal) outdoor pool, natural pond and beautiful fresh spring. It will become your oasis in the desert.
From Moab Springs Ranch, you are 1.5 miles from the center of town (and from the best coffee in Moab), and you can walk just five minutes to the newly opened "Atomic" restaurant. Jump on your bike and enjoy miles of paved trails beginning directly in front of the property. Should you choose to drive, you are less than five minutes from any number of restaurants, including sushi, Thai, steak, southwestern etc.
“Unit #1 Completely Outstanding!! You must stay here!”

We stayed in Unit#1 which I found on VRBO which is managed by the property owner Shannon. This property is one of the most immaculate holiday rentals I have ever come across. The two story town home as two bedrooms 21/2 bathrooms, a beautiful living area with a fire, perfectly equipped kitchen, and outstanding patio area with a grill and chairs. This entire complex is beautifully laid out and wonderful for all travelling groups. It was great for our family with the beautiful meadow at the rear of the property and the lovely creek at our back door. This place is larger than it looks on the internet and could easily accommodate a family of 5, the bedding configuration also supports this.
The unit was very quiet, the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, and the unit was the best equipped place i have stayed. The owner has thought of everything, including cling wrap for your lunches! There are also a variety of other cooking condiments there as well which was a very nice touch. The owner was responsive and booking was a breeze. This is a great property for exploring the local region and even better if you are a cycling enthusiast. The property has its own private bike locker as well. Arches is a 5 minute drive away which makes exploring the area easy. The town has lots of great coffee shops and great supermarkets for stocking up on all those hiking requirements.
Overall if you do not pick this property when staying in Moab you are missing out. We cannot wait to return there someday!
This property is close to town and gives you your own space unlike a hotel. They have a huge area for kids to play, great swimming pool, BBQ grills, trailer parking, and a hot tub. We have stayed here numerous times and it is the first place we check when we are headed to Moab. It has always been clean and the owners are very easy to work with.
Stayed here for a long weekend for my wife's birthday. This was our first time to Utah. This condo was in a perfect location near all that Moab had to offer and a short drive to all the area outdoor activities. The condo is nice, clean and comfortable. The perfect place to come back to after a long day of hiking and biking. Plus, the owners are super helpful and gave me all the best gouge on places to see and things to do. Rent this condo, you won't be disappointed.
Wonderful condo at Moab Springs Rans

My friend and I leased this condo last October. It was spotlessly clean and had every amenity: Kitchen fully equipped; two full bedrooms, each with its own bath upstairs; half bath downstairs in living area. Very comfortable place, lovely patio and each bedroom had its own balcony. Grounds were peaceful and quiet, with pool, hot tub, lots of trees, great ventilation in the condo. It was minutes from both Arches and downtown Moab. Owner Shannon was very gracious, gave us lots of tips about what to see and where to go, made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again, it was just perfect. Highly recommend for two or more guests, great place to come home to every evening after a full day of hiking, biking, climbing, etc.

We spent 7 nights in this condo and would highly recommend it. It was very clean and comfortable and well appointed. The grounds are very nice and the proximity to both Moab and all the local attractions was excellent. Shannon was very helpful to answer any questions we had and provided excellent suggestions. We visited during Jeep Week but they was really no impact to our vacation as we were hiking and biking every day. Other than some extra jeep traffic it was not a big deal. There is so much to do in the area it makes a great location to base out of. We would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful accommendations. Very comfortable and fully appointed to meet every need. Landlord very helpful with activity suggestions and booking. Would stay again in a heart beat
Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad and two young boys all approved of this nicely sized and located condo. The bike storage locker was very practical, the kitchen was well laid out, and the bedrooms worked well for all 6 of us. The owner was very helpful and communicative. The public bike trail that leads from the Brand Trails down the canyon into Moab actually has a side-sneak into the back of the condo parking area, which was a fun bonus. And the pool was lovely. The only downside at all was the highway being quite near the condos (and some resulting road noise), but that was obvious from the map and so just something to remember and expect.
So much beauty!! World-class destinations are just minutes away.....in fact this is the closest vacation rental to Arches National Park (5 minutes), Canyonlands National Park (45 minutes), Deadhorse State Park (35 minutes), and the Colorado River (5 minutes). Whether you are an experienced rock climber, a fearless mountain biker, or simply want to drive on spectacularly scenic routes, a visit to Moab has something for everyone.
