We hope you will make our upscale desert oasis your relaxing escape when visiting the Moab area.

We live locally, and manage this vacation home ourselves. The property is zoned to be a nightly rental. It is truly a 'Vacation Rental By Owner'.

Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and access to the second floor balcony.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, closet, TV, and dresser.

The second bedroom has a queen bed plus a single bed, ensuite bathroom, and built-in shelves for storage.

Downstairs you'll enjoy an open plan living room/dining room with 9-foot high ceilings. A fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and lots of counter space to prepare meals. The dining room seats 6, and an additional 5 stools are at the breakfast bar. A wall of large windows presents a view of the lush courtyard with huge shady trees. Glass doors open to your patio, where you will find a outdoor dining table and a gas BBQ.

An additional half-bath is found on the main floor, along with a washer and dryer.

Quality construction and casual elegance define the interior. Step outside into lush grounds unrivalled by any other property in Moab. Natural springs, expansive green space, and shade in summer provide the biggest backyard of any local accommodation.

A shared hot-tub and (seasonal) outdoor pool, along with a natural pond will provide for plenty of relaxation when you come 'home' to the Moab Springs Ranch.

Why Shannon chose Moab

In 2013 when I started looking at vacation rentals in Moab, this was the first property I looked at . Then, I visited about 20 others, and just kept thinking, "But Moab Springs Ranch is so lovely". And I still think that way!

The quality construction of Moab Springs Ranch makes it stand out. But what you will find truly special about this place are the expansive and lush grounds just outside the door. A private park features a (seasonal) outdoor pool, natural pond and beautiful fresh spring. It will become your oasis in the desert.

From Moab Springs Ranch, you are 1.5 miles from the center of town (and from the best coffee in Moab at Moab Coffee Roasters), and you can walk just five minutes to the "Atomic" restaurant. Jump on your bike and enjoy miles of paved trails beginning directly in front of the property. Should you choose to drive, you are less than five minutes from any number of restaurants, including sushi, Thai, steak, southwestern etc.

We stayed in Unit#1 which I found on VRBO which is managed by the property owner Shannon. This property is one of the most immaculate holiday rentals I have ever come across. The two story town home as two bedrooms 21/2 bathrooms, a beautiful living area with a fire, perfectly equipped kitchen, and outstanding patio area with a grill and chairs. This entire complex is beautifully laid out and wonderful for all travelling groups. It was great for our family with the beautiful meadow at the rear of the property and the lovely creek at our back door. This place is larger than it looks on the internet and could easily accommodate a family of 5, the bedding configuration also supports this.



The unit was very quiet, the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, and the unit was the best equipped place i have stayed. The owner has thought of everything, including cling wrap for your lunches! There are also a variety of other cooking condiments there as well which was a very nice touch. The owner was responsive and booking was a breeze. This is a great property for exploring the local region and even better if you are a cycling enthusiast. The property has its own private bike locker as well. Arches is a 5 minute drive away which makes exploring the area easy. The town has lots of great coffee shops and great supermarkets for stocking up on all those hiking requirements.



Overall if you do not pick this property when staying in Moab you are missing out. We cannot wait to return there someday!

Awesome Base Camp :)

Loved this corner unit! The home was clean and cute. We will be back during the warmer weather to enjoy the abundant patio, yard and deck space. On this particular trip, we truly enjoyed the gas fireplace! The kitchen was stocked with all the pots/pans and appliances you could need. We ended up cooking in more then eating out - very nice. We were in town for the Red Hot 55K trail run - will bring the mountain bikes and stay longer next visit.

Wonderful room in an amazing oasis!

We are so glad that we stumbled upon this location. The condo was in great shape with plenty of room for our family of five. All supplies and utensils were provided, so we never ran into a situation where we had to drive to the store to get something basic, beyond our own food. Just as great as the condo was the meadow next door, with tall shaded trees, a stream and pond, grills and hammocks, and plenty of space for our kids to run around in the afternoon. We will be returning here next time we visit Moab!

Very nice condo, tastefully decorated and very livable. It was quiet and well located for the Moab experience. The real difference was Shannon's assistance in getting the full experience including warnings about road conditions, and recommending eating choices. We travel a lot, and rent a lot of vacation homes, but this was special. Thanks S from Canada.

Beautiful, clean and well equipped condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Moab. The condo was everything we wanted and more. It was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The beds we very comfortable and we slept well. We liked that each bedroom had an en-suite. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves. Shannon, the property owner was lovely to work with. You can tell she puts a lot of love into her property. We liked her suggestion of eating at 98 Center restaurant. We look forward to coming back again!

Wow! We loved it.

We had a great time at this unit. Both the interior and exterior of the unit are beautiful. The unit was well stocked, and well styled. We'd love to come back on a future trip.
