Enjoy the white sandy beach and warm Gulf waters from this beach style condo. It offers two bedrooms that are perfect for a family of 6 or cozy enough for a couple's get-away. With a spacious double balcony you can enjoy the cozy master bedroom with your own private balcony overlooking the beach. All condos painted and updated with new linens in October.

We enjoy our beachy condo. Everything you need to enjoy the beach. If you are looking for Ritzy luxury, this condo is not for you. This is our clean and affordable beach condo

Amenities include: Private pool, free private covered parking, washer and dryer, big flat screen television, spacious kitchen with dining area, double balcony - accessible from the master bedroom or living area. OVERLOOKING THE WHITE SANDY BEACH AND WARM GULF WATERS!

This Orange Beach condo offers everything you want in a beach vacation. When you're not at the beach, enjoy fishing, shopping or a concert at the Wharf. And, Seascape is three minutes from Perdido Point and the Florida State line.

What makes this condo unique

The second floor view of the white sandy beach and warm gulf water will make your stay. Orange Beach has more to offer than the beach and our condo is minutes from all the fun. We live in Orange Beach full time now. I am blessed to be the principal of a great Christian school close by. Our sons enjoy college breaks at the beach. My husband and I will retire here. You will love it!

Very comfortable condo. New sofa bed was a nice addition. We loved the location for our family vacation. This is an older condominium complex but you feel good and the price is affordable. The view is perfect. We spent most of our time on the balcony and felt close to the beach. The wifi worked well is not always the case in the beach front complexes. We'll be back.

A 3.5 - Great View and Location, but Needs Sprucing

We had a very good experience overall at this condo.

Pros:

- Great view of the Gulf! Very close to the beach.

- Designated parking under the condo for two vehicles, protected from the weather, is great.

- Tile flooring throughout gives a very clean look.

- Showers in the bathrooms have been recently renovated, and are great.

- Pet friendly! It was great to be able to bring our dog to the beach rather than boarding him.

Cons:

- Both sofas are sorely in need of cleaning. Pet hair on both had my daughter’s allergies flaring up.

- When we arrived the sheets on the two twin beds were not clean, and had to be washed.

- Overall, condo is showing a good bit of wear and tear, especially in the bathrooms.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I am sorry you felt the linens were not clean. All sheets are washed and the condo is cleaned for each guest. We ask that you alert us to any issues or damage when you arrive and we will correct any area needing attention. The sofas are older and are being replaced this month. This condo is posted as a beachy condo built in 1983 but both bathrooms have new tiled showers. I strive to keep my condo affordable and rent by owner. I want every guest to have a good stay and enjoy our condo as much as we do. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay overall.

This unit was wondetful.very clean and well stocked. We shared it a couple we have been ftiends with for 40 years.the view from balcony was awsome.Condo is very nicely located for resturants.and shopping. Very quiet area.owner is very helpful with any questions.Cant say enuf how much we enjoyed staying in this condo.

Great location. Beachfront, stores and eateries nearby, a good distance from the busy streets.

Mostly updated appliances, new kitchen counter and sink showers looked newly updated. Our dog was allowed to join us.

A complimentary bottle of wine awaited us.

The condo needs a good deep cleaning and new washcloths and possibly a new cleaning service. Wasn't exactly clean.

The keyless entry was very handy. The pool was nice.

Owner's Response: Our condo is one of the best views on Orange Beach. Seascape was built in 1983 and I have spent all the rental income continuing to update and keep the condo nice. The entire complex was recently painted and the work on the outside balcony is still in progress but the complex looks very nice. Our condo units are clean always with fresh, clean linens. There were a view lighly stained wash cloths in my closet and I disposed of those after Julie left a note that these had stains. As an owner my goal is to share my beautiful beach view with others at a very affordable price. Until Julie's review we had 5 stars. My son and I manage the condo, we personally clean and take pride in our condo. Julie did not mention anything until she departed. My personal move in note requests that damage be reported and guests contact me with any needs. We guarantee to always do our best to make sure your stay in our condo is affordable and positive. If you need something we can provide, call me.
