About Vacasa, OR - Central Oregon Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Very nice condo, great location

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed in a number of units at ECR - on the resort side and Ridge side. This was our first time in Creekside Village and it surpassed our expectations.

This was a lovely condo, very nicely decorated and supplied - with a fabulous location on the creek and very close to the rec center - but not so close that you could hear any noise. Maybe a 3-5 minute walk to the pool. It's pretty, so happy to take the walk. The pool location was pretty looking over the lake.

I spent most of my time on the deck, but when inside - the AC worked great and the sofa (I think it is new) was super comfy. I want it for my home. :) the recliner though has seen better days The kitchen is well stocked, and looks great. Just wish it had step stool for short me! My husband had to get the plates down for me.

The master bedroom was nice too - comfy bed and master bath was nice with soaking tub, and big counters.

The washing machine /dryer were big - but it was an HE washer that needed a cleaning.

Overall, it was much nicer than the units on Golden Pheasant - both inside and out. No golf course view, but the creek side location made up for it. I liked it enough that if I lived closer, I would buy one of these for a vaca home. I just live too far away to make that worthwhile. I recommend this one!

Nice, roomy accomodations.

  • 4 of 5

I stayed here with my husband, daughter and 2 grandkids. It was a very nice place. The master bath had a gigantic tub, which everyone tried out.

The kids loved the pool, and we also rented bikes one day. The kitchen is well-equipped. The only negative was that there were a few pieces of furniture that needed repair--dining-room chairs with broken cane backs, a futon with a broken leg, and the door of a tv cabinet that was broken. The area is very lovely, and the highlight of the trip was horse camp at Diane's Riding place, which is nearby.

Last Minute Weekend Trip with Kids

  • 5 of 5

We booked this 3 hours before we left Portland to enjoy a last minute getaway with our children ages 6,4,2. The house is great and they loved Eagle Crest. Would stay here again!

Nice time

  • 4 of 5

Home was well furnished but could use some updating and maintenance. The biggest frustration was when the TV stopped working in the living room at 7:00 am and at 9:27 called VACASA. In talking with the lady, she stated while I was on the phone with her that a trouble ticket would be submitted and that someone would contact me. I thought that it would be fixed but 4:30 no response so called again with a different lady telling me she would call me back right away when someone would be there to fix it again NO response. After my four or fifth call a really nice young came out to fix the problem at almost 8:00 pm. If they had communicated to this problem to him he could have fixed the problem I that morning when I had first called since he was by the home all morning. VACASA really needs to either train better on communication with the property management team. I feel that some kind of compensation for my trouble should be given to my wife and I. I want to really thank the young man who came out from Bend to work on the problem.

Clean, lots of space. Warm and cozy in March.

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for over a week while on a climbing trip to Smith Rocks (which is incredible not only for climbers, but also for a nice walk or hike, very beautiful and unique). This was a great space to relax in after a long day outside. Lots of space, warm, comfortable. The kitchen is perhaps a little disorganized, but this is not so uncommon for such rentals, and everything you need is in there. Nice to have a gas grill too. We would certainly consider staying again in the future.
