Two Bedrooms are located on bottom floor and each has en-suite baths with private patios off each one. Front bedroom has an additional queen size fold out sofa. Full size washer and dryer lower level. Upstairs is large enough for family, dining area and side breakfast bar in kitchen can accommodate 10 people. Large pantry with two nice balconies. The 1/2 bath upstairs is a big convenience for upstairs gathering and is large enough for for storage to accommodate queen size bed. Located near famous attractions and great restaurants, Schooners (last bar on beach) Captain Andersons, Club La Vela, Spinnakers, Pineapple Willys and Saint Andrews State Park. There is a fenced pool for the 6 townhouses, each has only 2 per unit.. Nice fenced in pool located in common area. Our town home is family friendly. In the event that a 20# or under pet is accepted by the owner, HOA covenant requires pet on leash and they can not be in common area nor near the pool . We have wonderful little streets to walk your pets. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We are blessed to have found such a safe neighborhood for ourselves and our quest.

Has the vintage look of old Florida in a very quiet neighborhood. You have the convenience of a fenced pool. But if the beach is what you came for, it is gorgeous and just steps to front of Sago Park Townhouses, crossing Thomas Drive, you are beach side, again it is very private and offers beautiful white sand with splashing waves. WE CAME FOR THE BEACH AND SEAFOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The beauty of having a peaceful place to lay your head is that you only have to drive a very few miles if you enjoy the night life. Uniquely, it's great for children. Just pack your swimsuit, beach towels and casual clothes. We have provided FREECable and WI-FI if you chose to stay in. Wonderful fresh sea food, great shopping and lots to see. Recently upgraded large upstairs to Xfinity HD.

I really enjoyed our stay! 2 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room!! The beach is literally around the corner! If you don’t feel like walking one day there is a public parking across the street from the house. However, I found it easier to walk than to load up all of our beach “equipment” and four kids. The walk to me was actually easier than when I stayed in a condo on the beach in Orange Beach!!! The pool is maybe ten steps from the back door. I enjoy staying on this end of Panama City Beach and have for a few years now. The beaches are less crowded and you are still close to anywhere you would like to go in Panama City Beach!
Home away from home
Our stay was awesome. We were in town for my daughters softball tournament and having this home to come back to after a hot day on the field was great. Being just a block from the clear, white powdered beaches was a great way to start our day. We would head out at 8am for a quick dip before heading to our games and were back to enjoy the sunsets. Denise and Tony were amazing. I would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation. Kitchen was great, and bedrooms were comfy. The swimming pool was always an added bonus for ending the day with a quick swim. Looking forward to heading back. Thank you for a great week.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Plenty of room for two families. Very clean home. There were home items that I had forgotten and was so thankful that the home already had what I needed and I just replaced it. The home is located behind a good BBQ place.

Wonderful and Very comfortable Townhouse
My friend and I stayed at this location for almost 3 weeks. We arrived during the time that Hurricane Irma was hitting the Florida region. We were advised by the owner to bring candles and water, just in case. We had no problems. We arrived and the place was just as described. We had plenty of room and everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and we spent a lot of time in it. The beach was close enough to walk to and there were plenty of restaurants around. Shopping close by. Hope to stay again next year at this place. Thank you , Tony and Denise.

Frank Brown Dog Park is located close to Pier Park Mall. Take your dog for a splash in the water there. High end shopping. Great restuarants.
New Fresh Market across Highway 30A. Fresh seafood steamed and loaded with butter and seasoned at Buddy's. couple of blocks away on Hwy. 77. Closer to our townhouse, Captain Anderson's for a delightful mouth watering experience. Or eat right on the beach at Schooners while listening to great bands. Come home for a relaxing evening by the pool and watch the sun go down. Or enjoy front and back upstairs balconies which kiddies watch movies or play games with free WIFI.
