Great location

  • 5 of 5

The apartment is newly renovated and well equipped. The location is ideal and lends itself to seeing what it is like to live like a Parisian. This was a great choice for us.

Great Rue Cler Rental

  • 5 of 5

Everything was well organized and clean. The booklet of useful information was quite helpful. Location was great in the Rue Cler neighborhood. Quiet at night for sleeping. Metro was just around the corner.

The wifi was handy and the free phone calls to the US was a pleasant surprise!

All of the appliances worked well.

Valentin was our guest host and he easily answered all of our questions and pointed us in the right direction.

We would consider staying here again in the future.

Great for a family of 4

  • 4 of 5

We stayed at this apartment with our two daughters (ages 9 and 13) for 5 nights. The location is perfect - right off Rue Cler which has everything you need, 5 mins from Metro and 7 mins to Eiffel Tower. The apartment is perfectly comfortable for 4 people with a great closet for unpacking. Do not let the shabby common area scare you when you walk into the building - the apartment itself is well maintained. Just beware of the 3 windy flights of stairs up to the apartment - it wasn't an issue for us but could be for those with less mobility. Would highly recommend this apartmetn to a couple or small family if you want to be on the Rue Cler.

We LOVED this apartment!!!

  • 5 of 5

We LOVED this apartment; compared to hotel prices in the same area, this apartment has more space and our own privacy. The apartment is cozy, clean and the shower had good water pressure. We loved being so close to Rue Cler that we never ate in the apartment. The location is wonderful! We will definitely rent this apartment again!

GREAT Home Away from Home

  • 5 of 5

No regrets here for us! Perfect for a couple and their two young teens. Superb location just 2 minute walk to Metro, and half block to Rue Cler markets. Apt was super clean and pleasant. The wifi and phone lines worked great. We had 5 devices connected simultaneously to wifi with no issues. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots, cutlery etc. Appliances all worked perfectly. The closet space was great! We love the shower as it had great water pressure and there was plenty of hot water. The heaters worked great and quickly too any chill off the apt. There was even a power strip with built in converter for charging phones and devices. The towels and linens were very nice quality. The agents were easy to deal with, fluent in english, and very friendly. The airport service we arranged through them was great. The drivers were punctual, professional and the van was comfortable, clean and spacious. Yes, its 3 flights up but we ate so much it was nice to have the exercise. Our agent helped us bring bags up and down upon arrival and departure. We highly recommend this apt and the agency!! My only suggestion for improvement is that outside the apartment the common area hallways in the building really need to be repainted.

A gem !

  • 5 of 5

We have had the fortunate opportunity to have traveled to Paris many, many times, and have stayed in many apartments. This one, for us, was perfect, even though it was on the third floor, sans elevator. Which is good exercise after dinner. The location near 4 metro lines, two metro stops, numerous bus lines , and easy walk to most of the important museums, Tower, makes traveling around the City of Light rather easy. So don't be put off by the peeling paint in the stairways, this is a gem! we can't wait to return to it next year.

Map

Car: not necessary

Rue Cler pedestrian market street -- traffic-free since 1984 -- offers plenty of space for tiny stores and their shops to spill into the street. It's an ideal environment for this Parisian ritual to survive and for you to explore. The street is lined with all the necessary shops - wine, cheese, chocolate and bread - as well as a bank and post office. The shops of this community are run by people who've found their niche: boys who grew up on quiche, girls who know a good wine. If you see anyone in uniform, they're likely from the Ecole Militaire (military school, Napoléon's Alma mater two blocks away). This location is ideal for a Paris apartment rental whether it is for short term stay or long term stay.

You will have the option of eating out at one of the many great Paris restaurants, or creating your own gourmet meal at home. On top of that, there is nothing like starting out the day with a fresh croissant and cafe creme, followed with Marie Cantin's fantastic cheeses and a fine midday glass of wine.

Ask us for our professional airport transfer in Paris or for any restaurants recommendation.
