Stepping inside, the well-appointed living room/dining room combination opens up to both the front patio through sliding glass doors, as well as the adjacent dream kitchen. A lovely, eclectic collection of antiques successfully juxtaposed with modern, Asian, Southwestern and animal print accents and artwork shows the talent behind the owner’s ability to put them together seamlessly. And yet, the surroundings suggest relaxation at its finest!
The kitchen is well-stocked with every amenity needed for food preparation and clean-up. Its bright location, classic travertine tile surfaces, and brand new appliances make “KP Duty” a pleasant task for anyone. Besides seating for 6 at the spacious dining table, there is also barstool seating for casual dining at the kitchen countertop….ideal for chatting with the cook, entertaining, or quick lunches between surf sessions!
Each bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed that is flanked by artisan lamps, night stands and accompanying furnishings. Ceiling fans are found throughout the home to stir up the ocean air if needed. One bedroom hosts its own private bathroom with a step-in shower. Extra sleeping facilities are provided by 2 roll-away beds with linens that can be utilized in any location that works best for guests. A maximum total of 6 guests are nicely accommodated in this home.
The roomy front patio affords a nice corner view of the beach & ocean right across the street. Quality patio furnishings and gas grill provide 24/7 outdoor living possibilities to watch the world go by, or get lost in a great book, in the comfort of your own sunny spot on the terrace!
PARKING: One small garage space for compact vehicles only, plus 1 parking pad in front of the garage for any size vehicle. Garage dimensions 80"Hx15'Dx7'W. Available general neighborhood street parking (metered and unmetered) can also be utilized.
