Our clients usually book their vacations to line up with the beginning and end of a CALENDAR MONTH.
To increase your chances of closing a booking please try and plan your arrival and departure dates to COINCIDE WITH THE MONTHLY CALENDAR
SEASONAL BOOKING GUIDELINES BY MONTH
DECEMBER - may be booked as a stand alone month, or with other months
JANUARY – may be booked as a stand alone month, or with other months
FEBRUARY – must be paired with a JANUARY BOOKING (minimum 25 days in January). FEBRUARY cannot be reserved as a stand alone month.
MARCH – any reservation STARTING on MARCH 1st must be paired with an APRIL BOOKING ( minimum 15 days in April)
APRIL - may be booked as a stand alone month, or with other months
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY SAYS “60 DAYS NOTICE”. IN FACT, IN 95% OF ALL CASES WHERE A TENANT NEEDS TO CANCEL WITH REASONABLE NOTICE, WE ARE ABLE TO RENT THE HOME AGAIN AND RETURN THE TENANT’S DEPOSIT, LESS A SMALL CANCELLATION FEE.
HOWEVER, IF A TENANT REQUIRES 100% CERTAINTY OF A FULL REFUND PLEASE REVIEW CSA TRAVEL INSURANCE DURING THE VRBO BOOKING PROCESS.
SINCE OUR LEASES ARE 1 TO 3 MONTHS LONG, THE OWNER IS ALSO LEGALLY COMMITTING HIS PROPERTY WITHOUT ANY ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO CANCEL (LEAVING THE TENANT “HOMELESS”). SO A BINDING LEASE PROTECTS BOTH PARTIES….ESPECIALLY WITH LONG STAY, SNOWBIRD LEASES.
