Base 9 condo unit B303 is a newly listed and completely renovated property that you don't want to miss! This is the ski lodge vacation with 1,750 square feet you have always dreamed of staying at. A perfect location that is walk to town and walk to Peak 9 Quicksilver Chairlift (both less than a 3 block walk). It is a top unit condo that has 2 levels with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is extremely bright with huge windows all looking at the gorgeous mountains views.

**New carpet, new slate tile, new paint, new rustic log furniture throughout, new leather sofas in living room, new stainless steel appliances and cookware, new washer and dryer in the unit.

**3 decks all looking at the mountains with new log patio furniture, new stone built-in fireplace, new custom antler chandelier in dining room, gas grill on deck.

**New alder doors and trim throughout and wood beams along the soaring 2 story vaulted living room ceiling that finishes off the the ski mountain lodge feel that will be perfect for sleeping 2-11 people comfortably!

**There is also an newly built outdoor hot tub that is available to use.

**The free shuttle for Breckenridge stops right in front of the condo unit to get you anywhere you need to go!

The first bedroom is on the first floor and has a rustic log king bed and has sliding doors leading out to a large mountain view deck! This bedroom is also attached to a completely updated bathroom that has granite and new fixtures throughout. The 1st floor bathroom has a shower tub and a nice storage shelving area to keep all your personals. It walks out to the completely designed ski locker area where people can hang their skis. Snowboarders can rest their snowboards in the ski locker area as well. A handmade alder wood bench was made to sit and pull off your boots comfortably and to keep all your ski stuff together so the next morning you can throw everything on and go!

The living room has 2 story vaulted wood beamed ceilings with a stone built-in gas fireplace with a new big screen plasma 46 inch TV mounted above with DVD player. The condo is so bright! New leather furniture in living room with a pull out queen sofa bed with an upgraded mattress for your comfort.

The dining room has a beautiful custom made antler chandelier for you to relax under after a long day on the slopes. There are vintage ski decor throughout including snowshoes, skis, and sleds. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and opens into the dining room and living room for that open floor plan feel. It also has a bar area that seats 3 people and has been updated with beautiful slate tile! The laundry room is behind a door in the kitchen with a washer and dryer in the unit for your use with an iron and ironing board and necessary cleaning supplies. This unit has it all!

The upstairs has all vaulted ceilings and skylights. The first bedroom is a large bedroom with sliding doors and a deck view that you will spend much time on looking at the spectacular mountain views! There are 2 rustic log queen beds and a large custom wood closet to store your belongings.

Down the hall is another bedroom that has a queen bed with a twin bed and a nice sized closet. There are no windows in the bedroom but is the most quiet and comfortable room!

There is a 2nd bathroom on the second floor as well. Vaulted ceilings with skylights makes this bathroom very bright and cozy! It has a large tub shower, granite sinks and a private door for the bathroom in case there are multiple people staying on the 2nd floor together.

Included is cable, TV, pack n play, games, toys. A quick drive to Vail, Copper, Keystone, A-basin, Beaver Creek within 15-40 minutes.

Just a quick walk to some of the best shopping and restaurants Colorado has to offer. We have a list of our 'top picks' for you once you arrive and you won't be disappointed.

So many recreational activities located just minutes away. Not only does breck offer 5 amazing peaks for skiing there is the Breckenridge Nordic center just a few miles away which offers snowshoeing, sleigh rides with dinner or just hot chocolate, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, tennis, and 5 championship golf courses just a short drive away!

In the summer peak 8 offers a free gondola ride up to a huge 2600 ft long alpine super slide, gold runner roller coaster, super bungee trampoline jumping, bounce houses, gem stone panning, super putt mini golf, rock pile climbing wall, Segway tours, unbelievable hiking and mountain biking, 4x4 tours and amazing restaurants! There is so much to do! You will want to come back and experience all breck has to offer every season!

NO dogs or cats/pets. Our daughter is severely allergic to animals. Thank you for your understanding. An additional $150 cleaning fee includes new bed linens, towels, bathmats, toiletries and total cleaning of the unit will be added to stay regardless of how many nights you stay.

Cozy condo in a great location

The beds were comfortable, the condo had everything we needed to cook some meals (including a gas grill), and it was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in the downtown area. The two upstairs bedrooms were a little warm but had plenty of space for our four kids and the bathrooms are both a good size. We took a beautiful hike that was just a few minute walk from the condo. This unit worked perfectly for our family of 6.

Nice condo in great location

The condo is very well cared for, clean and updated. It is in a great location with an easy walk to downtown. Brett the owner was very responsive and answered any questions I had. My only small complaint is that it gets pretty hot upstairs and one bedroom doesn't have a window for ventilation. They do provide a fan which helps but it still gets pretty warm up there in the summer. In the winter it might be perfect!

Beautiful retreat!

We have stayed in the condo twice and would come back again! The condo is beautifully decorated, well-kept, clean and has all you need as a home away from home. The owners have taken care of every little detail for you. Close to Main Street in Breckenridge so you can enjoy the sights many times during your stay. We knew we loved Breck in the winter months, but a summer stay was amazing also! Would recommend this condo over and over again!

This condo was exactly what we needed for for our first getawAy without dad! It was just the right amount of room ( almost too much!) for everyone to have their own space. And there were so many beds we're talking with our friends about how we can come back to reunite and all share the space and price! The condo was super clean and quiet and cozy. A perfect home away from home! And In just the perfect location. Walking distance to almost everything you need! It helped us fall even more in love with Breckenridge! Can't wait to come back in winter and do completely different activities:) Than you so much to the owners who do an impeccable job with this place!! It is truly a blessing to others.

Base 9 Condos in Breckenridge Colorado is a prime location as far as being a walk to town and a walk to Peak 9 right off Main Street. Restaurants, shopping, skiing are all conveniently located to There is a bus stop right in front of the condos that can take you pretty much anywhere. The skating rink is across the street as well as the Breckenridge Brewery. You get the convenience of being close to everything but the feeling of being tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the town with complete moutain views from all 3 decks and windows for this 2 story top unit condo. A great destination for anyone looking for some adventure!
