'SeaSwept' Is A 4BR/3BA With Unobstructed Gulf Views And Private Beach Access!
The home is fully furnished and includes a large flat-screen TV in the living room, TVs in all bedrooms, cable, wifi, and Playstation with games. It also has a large side by side refrigerator, dining seating for 10, luxury linens, a telescope for star gazing, and a faux wall mounted fireplace for chilly nights.
The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed and an en suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has bunk beds for 4, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom (which is underneath the house) has twin beds. The twin beds can be pushed together, and a King sized comforter is available. The downstairs bedroom also has a microwave and small refrigerator for added convenience.
Additionally, there is a second full bathroom upstairs and a 3rd bathroom underneath the house. There is also an outdoor shower.
The owners have spared no expense to make sure that guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay!

This property is located about 13 miles down Fort Morgan Rd. (Hwy 180), which is 10-15 mins. from downtown Gulf Shores. There are many restaurants, shops, and activities in Gulf Shores. Some available activities include a 'Waterville' water park, 'The Track' amusement park, miniature golf, The Gulf Shores Zoo, bungee jumping, a zip line, parasailing, the Gulf State Park (with biking trails), city events (such as movies and concerts), and public beaches. Gulf Shores is also home to the annual Shrimp Festival and famous Hangout Music Festival, as well as being a popular Spring Break destination.**Make sure to stop in and purchase your groceries before turning on Fort Morgan Rd, as there is not a full grocery store between the turnoff and the house.**
Additionally, the Fort Morgan State Park is about 10 mins farther west down Fort Morgan road. The historic military fort built in 1834 was active during the Civil War, the Spanish American War, World War I, and World War II. The massive fort contains more than 40 million bricks, and is often referred to as 'one of the finest examples of military architecture in the New World.'
The Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge is also about 5 mins. east of this home and provides an opportunity for hiking trails and bird watching at no charge. There are also several golf courses close by, including Kiva Dunes, which was recently ranked as the #1 golf course in Alabama by Golfweek.
For rainy days, the nearby city of Foley has an incredible outlet shopping center, and there are 2 cinemas within 20-30 min. of the property.
'The Wharf' in nearby Orange Beach has more restaurants and shopping, an amphitheater which often has big name concerts/shows, and a giant ferris wheel with views worth checking out!
Of course, if you are just looking to unwind, this is also the perfect place to do it. This home has unobstructed views of the beautiful water of the Gulf of Mexico and it's white sandy beaches from almost every room. It has an open deck and a screened in porch with seating. Enjoy the sound of the waves, the beautiful sunsets, walking on the beach, and collecting sea shells. If you're lucky you might catch the nationally renowned Blue Angel fighter jets practicing over the water in front of the house!

About: Owners Harry and Beverly purchased this home as a vacation home in 2013. They are avid sailors, which can be seen in the home's décor. They named it SeaSwept after an experience they had when they were almost swept out to sea in their sailboat.
