Holiday Sands at South Beach is a condominium building that was completed in 2007. Our condo is oceanfront and a true one bedroom. The building has a secured parking garage attached to the building and the hallways are enclosed, therefore keeping the condo quieter and cleaner. This condo accommodates up to 4 guests. It has been updated in January 2014 with new ceramic tile floors, throughout, granite counter tops and new paint. Also, a complete spring cleaning. The view of the beach from the patio is breath taking. The amenities in the Condo building are heated indoor & outdoor pool, lazy river, hot tub, kiddie pool,a fitness room and Free WiFi.
Owners had been visiting Myrtle Beach for quite a few years, loved coming to the Ocean and also love Golf, therefore this was the perfect place to purchase. When we travel, our main priority is a clean and safe environment. That is what we strive to bring to you.

Holiday Sands at South Beach is a great location, with a beautiful beach. It's close to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Market Commons, restaurants, shopping, golf, and many children's activities. We love it and hope that you do too.
My wife and I stayed at Vicki's condo for 4 nights and want to thank her for making it a great beach getaway! The condo was clean and appearance was as advertised on VRBO. The beach, just a walk out the front door, was clean and well maintained. Our favorite spots to eat during the stay was Villa Romana for some delicious Italian food and the Sea Captains Inn towards the north side of town for amazing seafood. A few items to suggest for future guests - if you don't have a rental car I would advise getting one as we waited multiple times for extended periods on cabs that either arrived very late or didn't arrive at all. After two nights of walking home from the "Boardwalk" (about a 45 minute walk) we broke down and got a rental. July is VERY hot in Myrtle Beach - highs nearing 100 and lows in the high 70's and low 80's. Also keep in mind apparently Myrtle Beach hosts different car weeks throughout the Summer, it just so happened the week of 7/18 was Mustang week. There was a lot of revving of engines a few fender benders and quite a bit of noise and activity, something to keep in mind if you are looking for peace and quiet. Overall, it was an enjoyable time and stay. Thanks again Vicki, you were very accommodating and we appreciate you opening up your condo to us!!

My wife and I were quite pleased with this exceptionally clean and modern condo located on the fourth floor of the twelve story Holiday Sands South complex. The benefits that stand out the most are as follows:
Outstanding ongoing correspondence with the condo's owners - very nice people
Super clean throughout the entire condo
Secure parking right outside the condo door for ease of loading/unloading
Great design of condo with a separate bedroom with a very comfortable king bed, foldout couch, and dining room table that doubles as a hidden Murphy bed
Hardly had to wait for one of the four clean elevators that were very quick to respond
Friendly staff throughout the facility
Quick access to a beautiful beach
Hallway carpeting was very clean
I highly recommend this condo to anyone who enjoys a quality oceanfront view in a very clean "home away from home."
This VRBO listing was outstanding! The oceanfront view was spectacular. The condo was very clean! The kitchen was great! King size bed was extremely comfortable. The washer and dryer was a big plus in keeping up with wet/dirty beach attire. Great location! We were able to park on the same floor as the condo which made unloading and loading a breeze! The listing description was accurate in all respects. The condo was clean and very well maintained. It has a balcony with a great view of the ocean and is very convenient to the beach. One particularly nice aspect was the parking garage that runs alongside the first six floors of the building. We were able to park on the same floor as our apartment and walk directly from our car to our unit. Also, Vicki was very helpful in giving us advice on restaurants and shopping. The Marsh Walk at Murrell's Inlet is lined with seafood restaurants and is well worth a visit. We spent two evenings on the walk. A lobster lover would enjoy eating at The Claw at the end of the Walk where they are served in one and half, two pound, or three pound sizes. Market Commons is a nearby development with beautiful homes, shopping and restaurants. A visit to Brookgreen gardens is a must. Among other attractions, the Brookgreen has a fantastic array of large sculptures spread throughout the gardens. We would recommend the condo to friends and relatives.
We enjoyed the condo, it was clean and everything the owner advertised. Had rain the 1st day, but loved the chairs on the balcony, very relaxing. Owner was great to work with.Would definately consider staying here in the future. Only problem I had was sometimes when on the balcony the people in the condo below would be on their balcony smoking and the smell came up onto our balcony, had to go in. (This is not a reflection on condo or owner, but I would prefer a completely non smoking policy)
Had a great weekend. Perfect room for two. Loved the pool, lazy river, hot tub and the awesome view. Sit on the sofa or balcony and view the ocean. Usually we cook breakfast but they had a great cafe with great prices. Now that's a VACATION! Loved our room. Thanks for all the hooks for hanging up towels and swimsuits. Really liked parking right on our floor. Easy to unload and load the car. Thanks for sharing your place!
Great location at the Beach, close to Airport, Market Common (restaurants & shopping), Broadway at the Beach, entertainment, State Park, Golf and Miniature Golf.
