We only manage a small number of properties, so we can give each the individual attention it and its guests deserve. We would be pleased to host you! The owners of this beautiful house are from Anchorage and currently live in Oregon. They purchased the property many years ago, and have been building this, their dream vacation home, on the site for the past several years. It is recently completed; they have impeccable taste and have made sure it has all the nice details. You will be impressed with the quality they have brought into their little slice of paradise: they care about beauty and details and want to share it with guests who will appreciate the comforts of home they have incorporated.
Why Stefanie Lawhorn chose Cooper Landing
As manager, I am delighted to have this home in my care because of its quality and ambiance. The fact that the owners have put so much personal care into the property and use it themselves when they can makes it feel particularly comfortable to stay in. They care about doing things right and so do I. The owners discovered this piece of land by great coincidence many years ago. Most residents of Southcentral Alaska love Cooper Landing – accessible and central in the vast Kenai Peninsula, surrounded by mountains, rivers, National Forest, and National Wildlife Refuge lands. They have dreams and plans for this space, placed right in the middle of their favorite recreational spaces; it’s exciting for them to share it with you!
What makes this House unique
This home is easy to access, not far from a quietly traveled and well-maintained road, but screened from it by mature spruce forest, mixed with aspen and birch. From the firepit, perched up on the hill, you can hear Bean Creek gurgling by, admire Mount Cecil, and enjoy the small community feel of rural Alaska. It’s a great place to make memories.
