Why Sandra N Hedrick chose Tempe
We purchased this property because it is beautifully designed and well located. We love the warm desert winds and pristine air. Tempe is a fun college town with lots to do. We enjoy the close proximity to Scottsdale and it's art galleries.

Great location for ASU parents
Good: Visited daughter who is ASU student moving into a nearby apartment. Very convenient location for parents visiting ASU student. No need to rent a car as you can easily walk to & from campus, nearby student apartments & restaurants/shopping. Food City or Walmart Grocery are an easy walk to stock kitchen. Dutch Brothers Coffee is a block away. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, & spices. Bed is comfortable enough. Apartment was very quiet. Suggestions: Coffee & coffee pot filters would be nice. Bathroom has a large rug with many hairs in & around it- perhaps a washable rug(s)?
Generally quiet except when the Frat is having a party. Amber was great to work with. Loved laundry available on site glad for the opportunity to learn more about another area of Az
Great location walking distance to ASU
Perfect place to stay for checking out ASU campus. Great size for 2 people. Quiet and small complex. Beautiful pool and the owner was extremely helpful.
Great Condo for Spring Training
This was a ver clean and comfortable condo. It was easy to catch a bus to Old Town Scottsdale and Scottsdale Stadium from the condo. The complex was very quiet for so close to ASU. Lots of students but no noise! We walked across campus to Mill St area on St. Patrick's Day and had a great time.
very nice, great for one or 2 people
great location for spring training, nascar, air port, golf and al most anything you want to do.
Tempe rental near ASU campus
The second floor condo is located on the corner of the complex and has its own deck which both my husband and I enjoyed. The area was perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. The deck was shaded most of the day. The condo was in a complex with varying ages of tenants - students, young adults and older adults. There were also a few well- behaved dogs. There was parking provided and a gated entry into the complex. The area was kept clean and the maintenance person was friendly and helpful. The pool, located in the middle of the complex was cleaned weekly. The laundry was situated on the first floor of the complex which happened to be under the deck mentioned before. The location in Tempe allowed us to get to the freeways easily. There were eating places within walking distance. Since we had our car, we were able to eat at restaurants in various areas in the valley. The location is not far from the museums, shopping, walking areas, and the spring training ball parks.
Abby was very helpful when I was attempting to rent the property (for some reason, the online rental using my credit card would not work - so we resorted to a check through the mail). Abby answered any and all questions and made the whole process easy for a first-time snow bird. We stayed for seven weeks so we were able to explore the area thoroughly and enjoyed coming back to the condo after each trip. I would recommend this condo to anyone that is planning to stay for any length of time.
