Spacious, Comfortable 4BR 2BA Pool/Spa Home In A Quiet, Gated Community
Enjoy your own private swimming pool and spa with plenty of room for family and friends, both indoors and out. The Living Room welcomes you with a large sofa, warm fireplace and views of the pool and mountains. Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and includes a dinning room with an extending table for 6 to 10 guests. The adjacent Family Room with HDTV and sectional sofa is an inviting place for everyone to relax. The large kitchen includes a breakfast counter which opens into the family room creating a natural gathering place overlooking the back yard, pool and mountain views. Bedrooms include master suite with private bath and queen sized bed. Addition bedrooms share one large full bathroom and includes one large bedroom with a queen sized bed and walk in closet, and another bedroom with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is set up as an office with a full sized sleep sofa, more suitable to an overnight guest or couple visiting during your seasonal stay. Our goal is to provide a simple, clean. bright and uncluttered aesthetic with everything you need to relax and enjoy your time in our desert home.
Internet, Basic Cable TV with HBO, and all grounds and pool maintenance are included. Well furnished with bed and bath linens and a fully equipped kitchen. Laundry Room with regular sized washer and dryer.

Notes: Pool (gas) heating is offered as an option at an additional daily rate quoted, one month only is included in the default pricing. We also offer a spa only option for up to 3 hours of gas heat per day for the Spa. Please include your preference for Spa and/or Pool Heating and any questions you may have for these options.
We also offer a housekeeping service for $90/visit, light house cleaning (no laundry). We can also arrange additional housekeeping services please let us know you preferences. Default pricing includes one (1) light cleaning only.
For High Season rentals, deposit is non-refundable 90 days prior to arrival date. No sublets or assignments.
We also require an additional fee for charges made on non-USA credit cards to partially cover those costs as they are passed on to us.
As we have a monthly stay minimum to conform to our HOA rules, we also require a signed lease agreement as you may have certain tenant rights under statute or common law.

About the owner: We migrated to California from Detroit, Michigan to make our new lives in the West and now live and work in the San Francisco Bay Area. We enjoy escaping to the desert when we can, and hope to spend much more time there in the future and this home is very likely our retirement destination.
Why the Owner Chose Cathedral City, CA, USA:
When we saw the pool, large back yard and views of the mountains we knew this home was for us. The open feeling of cathedral ceilings in the main living area and the natural flow out to back yard garden and pool and patio promised a warm inviting experience for our ourselves and our guests. The four bedrooms insured a comfortable stay for friends and family members with whom we have personally enjoyed sharing our home. The block walled back yard with mature trees offers privacy to the pool area. The gated community is well maintained and friendly, and being in the southern end of Cathedral City benefits from lower wind levels than other location in the valley.

Enjoy the sunshine in your own private pool and spa. The Date Palm Country Club offers public golfing right around the corner. The Rio Del Sol gated community also offers pool, spa and tennis courts just a few minutes walk from the home. You will also have a short drive to the legendary Palm Spring's boutique shops, fine restaurants and other amenities, with additional convenient access to great local establishments in the more immediate Cathedral City/Rancho Mirage area.
