About the property

If location is what you are looking for, look no further! Not only is this a two story, 2,100 square ft. 3 bdrm, 2.5 bath home that sleeps 6+, you can literally walk to everywhere in Old Town within 15 minutes (or a couple bucks by cab). Not only are you between the Giants and the Diamondbacks spring training stadiums, you also have quick access to the adjacent green belt (for walking, jogging or biking), Camelback mountain for hiking, golf courses, restaurants, the best nightlife in all of Arizona and shopping (besides all the Old Town shops and galleries, the Scottsdale Fashion Square is just 5-6 blocks west) and don’t forget the casinos! In all it’s easily one of the best locations in the entire valley.

The downstairs has a 50 inch wall mounted plasma HD TV, with stereo surround sound HDMI antennae and netflix. Ad the ‘flip a switch’ fireplace and the Copenhagen couch and it’s a pretty comfy room to spend a ‘night off’ in. The kitchen is also downstairs and is fully equipped with everything that you would have at home, and then some. The master bedroom has a California king size bed and 60in TV, large walk-in closet, personal top-deck access and a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom.

The unit has high speed internet so bring your laptop if you like but the third bedroom is also a converted office/library and you have full access to the computer there. Each of the non-master bedrooms have their own queen beds and shared bathroom. All three bedrooms can sleep a total of six comfortably – and someone could even sleep on the couch downstairs if need be. All three bedrooms have closets and the utility room has a full washer and dryer. The unit has a rear patio with padded furniture and a table for outdoor eating. There is also a gas BBQ and wood smoker for your use. But sorry, there is no pool. The 6 unit complex is gated and there is space in the garage for a vehicle - should you need one.

The unit is approximately a 15 minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and a 40 minute drive from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.

Good location and stay

The condo is in a great location close to many restaurants and things to do. It is also located close to the interstate. Only concern was the showers. The shower needed about 5 minutes to warm up and there was very little water pressure. Although I only used the shower in the master bedroom I was told the other shower was not very good either. Other than that it was a good place to stay

Clean, Well Kept

This place was everything that we were looking for. Location, Price, Sleeping Space, Privacy. Myself and 3 buddies came to town for the Phoenix open. If what you're looking for isn't walking distance of this place I can guarantee you can find it within a 15 minute UBER/LYFT ride.The owner was great and was available if we needed anything. Checked in via phone to make sure everything was going well. If we plan to do this trip again we will definitely look into booking this place once again,

Convenience Galore

Great location to Old Town Scottsdale, Spring training parks, highways, airport. Nice neighborhood. Liked that it was gated. Quiet neighbors. Good layout of house. Five people stayed here for a very busy long weekend. Sleeping and living areas separate so the night owls could enjoy the living room and patio space without bothering the sleepy heads. Couldn't have a nicer landlord. Very responsive to questions and hospitable. Great restaurants nearby.

A Great Place to Stay!

Troy was a great host. He was most responsive while setting up the reservation as well as welcoming on the first day. His instructions were spot on and most helpful.

The location worked out perfectly. Easy access to the freeways and a straight walk to Old Town. Loved having access to the garage too.

The layout of the home worked for our 3 guests with the bedrooms and baths on the second floor. Nice privacy and spacious rooms. The downstairs was comfortable for meal prep, dining and just hanging out.

We were most happy with the whole experience.

Nice place, great stay

Stayed here with some friends for a long weekend. The location is amazing, and the place is very comfortable and has pretty much anything you'd need to feel at home for a while. Would definitely stay again.

Great place and location!

I have traveled to Scottsdale many times for Giants Spring Training but this was the first experience renting accommodations through VRBO. The location was perfect for walking to the ballpark or anywhere in Old Town. Access to the 101 freeway was close. We had a great time and will definitely consider returning. Thanks Troy!

This is my private residence so there are some personal items still in the rental - most of which I will have locked away in a few select cabinets. However, the garage has a lot of personal items stored. There is still room for 1 vehicle of almost any size in the garage, but I just want the renters to know in advance of the situation. And sorry, I do not allow pets.
