Located at the entrance to Kaedenwood, this house is a world class ski-in chalet. A classic, post and beam home with 2800 square feet of luxurious living space, it boasts a signature 30 foot peaked living room with a view of Sproat Mountain that is as dramatic as the decor is comfortable.

The professionally designed interior is arranged to strike a balance of comfort and luxury in the mountain setting. The main floor is an open plan with a large gourmet kitchen complete with all your cooking needs and utensils including a fabulous BBQ on the back deck for use when weather permits. Sit on the deck and sip on a glass of wine while watching the beautiful sunsets over the mountains, relax in the private hot tub surrounded by forest, or enjoy a marshmallow roast at the backside fire pit with your kids .

Our drive way fits two cars easy, 3 if you are good. Park additional vehicles in the visitor spot below the house. Walk 10 mins to Creekside Market, Dusty's Pub or Alpha Lake. This is truly a unique vacation experience, perfect for couples or families.

Truly Breathtaking

Risa was absolutely amazing. I literally cannot put into words how great the stay was. If I could give it ten stars I would. It was literally 6 minutes away from the lifts. Super close to basically everything. The view inside the home was absolutely breathtaking. I just cannot wait to go back.

It was a lovely property.

Accommodations were generous and very family friendly. The owner was always in touch, concerned that we got what we needed. The heat was a problem that she’s working to get fixed. Also I would suggest that the advertising be changed to eliminate the use of a one car garage as that is used for other things besides parking a car. Overall a great experience for a family that included 8 people from 5 to.78 years old.

Owner's Response: Hi there thank you for the review. I’m not sure where you saw there was a one car garage for use. The garage is off-limits to All renters and has been for the past year. I will look in to this further to see where you might have seen otherwise and make sure there is no confusion for the renters. It was supposed to be locked and somehow I missed it when I left the last time. On a good note you did get to use about a cord of wood,, and the snow blower came in handy. You were very communicative and that was great to have as a renter. I’m glad you had a good time, that he should be back to normal by the time you come back again

Beautiful home

I've stayed at this property a number of times and it's lovely. Beautifully decorated and also cozy. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. The hot tub outside is an added bonus and the location is reasonable walking distance to Creekside restaurants, shops and bars. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat.

Amazing Whistler Rental

This place is the best. Large, luxurious, comfortable and well equipped with beautiful views out of the massive great room windows. It is literally minutes from the free Creekside underground parking lot and the great restaurants and other amenities in Creekside and Function Junction. Highly recommend Creekbread for amazing pizza, Red Door Bistro for remarkable fine dining, Dusty's for après (try a brisket sandwich) and Coast Mountain Brewery for great beers. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful, comfortable, convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beautiful property. As the photograph shows, the views are spectacular. We are three generations of family, including two little ones, and this was the perfect settling for us -- we couldn't have been more comfortable. In addition, this home is situated a few minutes by car from Creekside base at Whistler, which turned out to be the best location for us. We hope to return in the coming years.

Beautiful big cozy home, great location in Whistler

Had the pleasure of staying at Litwin Lodge in February of 2017 with a group of 7 friends. Lovely home includes beautiful views through the gorgeous main-room windows, a very large and well-appointed kitchen, and four very comfortable bedrooms. Everything was professionally handled by the owner, and a very simple and safe rental. Location is perfect for Whistler skiing, as you are a 2-minute drive to Creekside base which has its own gondola and mini-village in a less crowded area than Whistler base. Overall, highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Whistler, and hoping to make it back here someday!

Refundable damage deposit $4,024.15

- Cleaning fee of $400 is added to all rentals.
- Additional rate of CAD$100 pp after 6 people with a Max of 10. Babies under 2 no additional fee. (Contact owner for exceptions).
- No check ins on Sunday night at this point. Please contact owner in advanced of booking to see if this would be possible for your requested stay.
- NO WEDDINGS, No bachelor parties or similar type events held on premise.
- Also note that you will be asked to verify yourself through online presence and/or referral- if you are unable to do so your reservation will be declined.
- Security will check you entire party in upon arrival. If you are arriving on separate days there will be a fee of $40 CAD charged to the security company for the extra trip. (security patrols the neighbourhood thoughout the year)

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
