This is a fully equipped modern design two bedroom apartment with a panoramic view to the Cinquantenaire Triumphal Arch and the Montgomery roundabout. Ideal for guests seeking premium accommodation in Brussels.
The apartment features a large living room (46 m2), integrated with the fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, conventional oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer).
The master suite (16 m2) is equipped with a queen size double bed, built in closets and shower room.
The second bedroom (13 m2) is also equipped with a queen size double bed and closets.
There is a separate bathroom with bath tub and a separate toilet room.
The apartment accommodates two extra guests in a comfortable sofabed in the living room.
The apartment is conveniently located close to the Tongres commercial street and with very nice restaurants and shops, and supermarkets in the neighborhood. The EU district and parks are at walking distance, and downtown Brussels and Grand Place is at a few metro stops.
Metro stations are very close to the apartment Merode (150 meters) and Montgomery (100 meters). Multiple Bus lines and Trams stop in front of the building.
If arriving from Zaventem Airport you can take the train to Central station (Gare Central) and connect with metro to Montgomery, the trip will take about 30 min.
There is easy car parking in the street in front of the building (paying during working hours).

Nice place, good amenities, pleasant host with excellent communication.
Location, location, location. The neighborhood is beautiful and has all the amenities close by. Great restaurants, shopping, museums, and metro access.The apartment was clean and spacious with everything we needed for our stay. Diego was very accommodating and communicative. If there was a draw back it would the road noise. However, for the access provided this was expected.

I rented this apartment for ten days after hip replacement surgery, to avoid the steep stairway of my own place. It was perfect for my needs. Elevator building, well-furnished apartment with everything on the same level, and an accommodating host. The bonus was the location (very close to the metro and to all kinds of shops) and especially the views -- the victory arches on one side and the Montgomery traffic circle on the other. In the dark mornings and evenings of January it was hypnotic to watch the ever changing lights of the traffic circle and the circumnavigating vehicles.
