Spectacular Diamond head, city and Ocean views! from this private, quiet, 2 BED / 2 BATH rental unit. Located just a short 10-15 minutes drive to the heart of Waikiki. Not In Waikiki but just minutes away. Away from noise and crime. Quiet place, near UH Manoa. This rental is not in Waikiki, and not in a hotel. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, just 3 miles to Waikiki. This unit is close to the public bus stop , 1 mile to shops and restaurants. Also nearby is the zoo, aquarium, and Waikiki beach. Restaurants, shops, highways and shopping malls: Kahala mall and Ala Moana shopping center. Kapahuluu ave. Kapiolani community college, grocery stores, Japanese grocery stores. 10 minutes to UH Manoa campus and track. 15 minutes to Punahou and Kapiolani hospital.

Public transportation: THE BUS, stop is located directly across the street from this unit,

and runs frequently. Bus schedules can be found online and in public libraries in Honolulu. See bus #14, schedule for this area.

A rental car is recommended for this location.

Parking is free, but during the day hours, only on street in front of unit, and night parking available off street in driveway. 7 pm - 7 am. if there is no street parking available.

Fully equipped kitchen and bath, (no dishwasher), but plates, cups, glasses, Linens and towels provided, sofa in the living room. Nice unit with, very clean bathroom, and nice flooring throughout. This is a very Safe neighborhood. Within close proximity of: Ala Moana shopping mall. Downtown Honolulu, Chinatown, Waikiki Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Ala Moana beach park, Hiking trails in and around Diamond head crater and national park.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION.

Cancellation - Very Strict policy - 50% refund for cancellation, (for any reason), is valid only within no less than 90 days before your reservation or day of planned arrival in Hawaii. A 25% refund if cancellation occurs within 60 days of your planned reservation / arrival date. 0% refund for cancellation within 30 days of planned arrival date. No refund for any unused nights stayed for any reason. Rates listed are for: (2-4) adult guests. Extra guests are an additional $30. per day per additional adult guest/child beyond (4) adult or child guests.

Beautiful view and a very peaceful escape

We had a lot to do in getting our son setup for college away from home in HI. The location of the property made our lives easy, as it was central enough to visit campus, shop, eat and meet any miscellaneous needs. We felt safe and did not have to deal with parking issues.

Doug was very accommodating; he was always willing to help. Everything was in place, but it was comforting to know he was only a call or text away. My family enjoyed it and we saved his info for future visits to Oahu.

We had a beautiful view and a very peaceful escape from hustle and the in-town traffic.

Owner's Response: Jasmine is wonderful and has a perfect, and beautiful family. Their children are the most courteous, polite, children I have ever met. Jasmine cleaned the apartment extremely nice when she checked out and left it just as it was when she checked in. We look forward to their return.

Lovely and quiet. The hosts communicated well ahead of time.

We wanted a location close to the University of Hawaii Manoa. This two-bedroom was only six minutes away. The apartment includes a terrace with a beautiful view of Waikiki and Diamond Head. We'll be back to try their other locations.

Great Views

We enjoyed our stay so close to Waikiki. The Lyft ride was just $10 to the heart of Waikiki. It's close to Rainbow Drive In and freeway access. It's a perfect size for two couples. Be prepared to hike up the driveway and two flights of stairs.

Feels like home

Great accommodation for a small family. My family and I had a great time staying there. Quiet and very comfortable stay. Doug was very accommodating and let us check out at a later time so we could take a shower before we headed off to the airport. We had everything we need - just remember bring your own shampoo/conditioner as we forgot this time. Thank you!

Great place and the view is beautiful!

The owners, Doug and his wife were very welcoming when we first arrived. He checks up on us if everything was good and if you needed anything for the house during our stay. This place really made us feel like we're home. Parking is available along the street or in the driveway. This was a perfect place for the 4 of us and will definitely saved it for future travels.
