Welcome to our beach home! We hope your stay here is just perfect and hope you love our home as much as we do.

It is difficult to describe the beauty of the blue Gulf, the sugar white sand and the peacefulness of the waves when you are on the balcony of this beachfront condo.

It’s a million dollar view with this spacious balcony that seats eight comfortably. Bring your binoculars to watch the dolphins, pelicans and the boats. You will have a hard time going back inside. There is a totally new kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances including a french door refrigerator and a deep farm sink. There is a breakfast table in the kitchen with a lovely view of Wolf Bay and Ono Island. The large breakfast bar seats six, the dining room table seats four and the kitchen table seats two. The kitchen is equipped for the serious cook.

New wood floors in the kitchen, dining room, living room and updated baths. Every inch of wall, trim and doors have been newly painted. The owners are here often and have made certain that all of the beds and furniture is comfortable. Comfortably sleeping seven there is a king size bed in the master, a double bed, a twin bed in the guest room and a fold out couch that makes into a queen bed. Both bathrooms have new granite counter top vanities.

An additional pool is on the bay side along with a quiet pier where the kids can fish or go crabbing. There is also a place to dock your boat while you are here.

One of the best features of Wind Drift is the location immediately next to more than a mile of park owned beach. The beach is swept daily and seldom crowded. In fact, you may come to feel it is your very own beach. Walk down the mile or so to the picturesque Alabama Point without seeing another building.

Shopping and restaurants are just across the bridge going west. The famous Flora Bama, Flora Bama Yacht Club and Happy Harbor are a mile going east. It’s the perfect place to bring the whole family. So come, kick off your shoes and stay awhile.

Not bad, but parking is an issue.

This condo was clean and nice. It was everything we needed for a short stay. However, parking was an issue. You must pay $20 per car ,max 2 cars , and there are not enough spaces for every condo. You are not told until there are not any spaces , that you may have to park across the street even if you buy a parking pass. For this reason, we will not rent here again.

Owner's Response: Dear Kevin, So glad the condo was clean, nice and everything you needed for your stay. Wind Drift is a small complex with a small parking lot and during the busy summer months we get crowded. We have a complex on the bay side with security and lighted parking so that's where we have to put some vehicles if the beach side parking is full. I'm sorry you had to park across the street and walk across. Most of our guests love how small our complex is and I apologize that it didn't meet your needs.

Nice property...but

My family stayed in this lovely condo June of this year. The property manager was extremely accommodating when I called her over the second key missing when we arrived and an issue with the dryer. She was prompt and courteous in her response. The beach was lovely and not over crowded. The Hangout, The Track, and Lulus are a must if you have kids with you. The only negative thing I have to say about our stay here is that I paid 40.00 dollars for parking for our 2 allotted vehicles and had to park across the 5 lane street due to security selling extra (more than 2 per condo) parking passes to other renters, thus filling the parking lot beyond capacity.

Great Condo

Stayed here four nights with my girlfriend and her daughter. The condo was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for the three of us. View from the balcony is superb. This building has only 7 floors and 6 units per floor, so there is plenty of room on the beach. Never had to wait for the elevator. Kitchen is well stocked. This is a quieter area of the beach so not as much traffic. Would definitely stay here again.

Vacation has begun!!

We had a three day vacation getaway and couldn't have been happier with our condo. This condo was clean, well equipped for cooking 3 meals a day and had the most beautiful balcony views. My children enjoyed the easy access from the condo to the beach and pool and we loved the quiet atmosphere on the beach. The management company was so easy to work with and when we had an issue with the bathroom light, a simple phone call was made and someone was there to repair the light in no time. We will be back to the beach for sure and look forward to another long weekend at this beautiful condo
