Ahhh, the Beach fixes everything! You can lay out or walk on the beach which is just feet away from the pool down the boardwalk path. Or if you prefer you can just take in an unforgettable view of the Gulf from your third floor veranda with your favorite beverage.

This great condo has a view of the water from almost every room. The master bedroom and the living area have doors opening onto the veranda. If not out enjoying the beach you can relax with a 42' flat screen TV in the living area and a 32' flat screen in the two bedrooms. Netflix members can log on to the living area or master bedroom TVs and of course there is free Wi-Fi in the unit. Two DVD players and a VCR are also provided. New carpet in the bedrooms and tile floors elsewhere including the veranda. A new range in the kitchen and about every convenience you should need to eat, drink, and be merry! Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Beadboard cabinets and the fridge has an icemaker.

The second bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a small roll top desk for firing up your laptop to send pictures to those poor souls back home.

Great Week at the beach!

We loved this beautifully decorated condo for our annual girl's beach week. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed using the cute balcony directly over-looking the pool. Our only real negatives were that the kitchen had no pantry (all cabinets were full of dishes) so we had to leave our food out. Also, there was no ceiling fan in the front bedroom and the outside corridor lights were too bright. Overall, we loved condo #305 and would definitely come stay again. The central location is also great as it is across from several restaurants and grocery stores.

Silver Beach is among the best locations in Orange Beach. Across the street you will find 3 major grocery stores, an Italian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, Beignet Cafe, seafood restaurant, and Waffle House. Other shops across the street include a dollar store, five and dime, self-serve yogurt, liquor store, and assorted other services. The world class Pensacola Naval Air Station Museum, home of the Blue Angels, is a short 20 minutes or so to the east. The famous FloraBama club is about a mile to the east. You will also find 75-100 great restaurants within 10 minutes in any direction. There is also a new Zip Line attraction a couple of miles to the west. A fantastic outlet shopping mall is about 8 miles up Hwy 59 in Foley. Amusement parks for the kids are minutes away in Gulf Shores. Of course water activities like fishing, para sailing, dolphin watching, are everywhere.

CANCELLATIONS: For reservations booked 45 days or less from your arrival date, there is no cancellation period and you will forfeit the full amount paid if you cancel for any reason. All reservations booked more than 45 days from the arrival date are subject to a non-refundable $50.00 processing fee plus a fee equal to 5% of the total down payment if canceled more than 45 days from your arrival date. If you cancel less than 45 days from the arrival date for any reason you will forfeit the full amount of all charges paid. NOTE: reservations which are made and held for 90 days, or longer, forfeit ALL AMOUNTS paid if canceled for any reason any time after 90 days from the date of booking.
RESERVATION CHANGES: Reservations may not be shortened. They may be canceled (subject to all forfeiture policies) but not shortened. Reservations may not be moved to different dates. Travel Insurance is available to cover a number of reasons for canceling your reservation and re-booking for a different time.
TRIP INSURANCE: If you choose to include the optional trip insurance, the charge for trip insurance is 7.0% of the total trip cost. This insurance may cover the cost of your trip if it is interrupted or cancelled due to natural disaster, termination of employment, lay-off, documented illness and other reasons described in your policy. If you initially choose to opt out of the coverage at the time of booking, you may still call us to add trip insurance as long as you do so by the time of your final advance payment.

Reservations require a down payment of 30% of the rental fee plus the $50 processing fee at time of booking. The balance of all charges are due 45 days prior to your arrival.
