Luxurious living space in the heart of Downtown Victoria, British Columbia. This fantastic condo offers a bedroom with One King Size Bed, another bedroom with 2 Twins, Two Full Baths with Granite countertops, Granite and Stainless Steel Appliances in the Kitchen, Two Flat Screen HDTVs, High Speed Wireless Internet, Balcony, a secure underground Private Parking space and so much more.

The Balcony offers views of The Empress, The Olympics, and a Wonderful City Skyline, not to mention the activities in The Humboldt Valley, home to some of the most prestigious accommodations in Victoria.

All of our suites include all of the supplies that you need to enjoy your stay. We provide salt and pepper, oil, plastic wrap, foil, soaps of all kinds, paper goods, and of course, all high quality linens and towels.

The location is divine as the Belvedere building is just steps from everything awesome to do in Victoria. Shopping, Dining, Theatres and Festivals are less than two blocks away from the front door of the building. Government Street, which is only three blocks west, acts as the heart of the tourism center, and a bit further down is Chinatown.

The vast majority of the “must see” landmarks of Victoria are your neighbours, The Empress, The Royal BC Museum, The Legislature/Parliament Building, Beacon Hill Park, Victoria’s Inner Harbour ,Whale Watching Companies and more. Amenities of the building include a Tastefully Decorated Grand Lobby, Underground Parking, a Game room with Billiards, TV and Lounge, and a Fitness Room with Cardio and Weights. Important Notes:

There is no bike storage in this building.

We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

Great Family Trip!

We had three great nights in this lovely condo. Great view and very easy to get pretty much anywhere while walking. We stayed with my parents, and there was plenty of room for the four of us. Liz and Maureen were very easy to work with, and Sharon did a superb job making us feel welcome and giving us a lay of the land. We're already planning our trip back.

Delighted with condo

We stayed 4 nights and were delighted with the two bedroomed Condo in the Belvedere Bliss. The introductory briefing from Sharon was very comprehensive in terms of using appliances in the condo and restaurant recommendations etc. Thank you Sharon! Condo is spacious, beds were very comfortable, it had everything you would need, it was clean and is 5 mins from the main tourist areas. We had breakfast on the balcony each morning which was lovely. Am happy to recommend.

Great Condo!

Stayed at the Belvedere Bliss for a week and was extremely pleased with the condo. The unit is exactly as shown on the pictures and has all the comforts of home. We enjoyed having a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom essential (shampoo, soap, etc.), washer/dryer (stocked with soap and dryer sheets) and access to our Netflix account. The view from the balcony is great. The building is very secure and close to everything in downtown Victoria. Sharon at Victoria Prime was extremely helpful and had some wonderful recommendations for dining and things to do. She was prompt in responding to any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely recommend and book again.

As Advertised.

This condo unit in the Belvedere was exactly as it appeared on VRBO. The unit is new/modern, neat, very comfortable, well maintained, and sufficiently stocked with the basics one needs (soap, dishwasher, laundry, and paper products, etc.) to make it a turn-key stay for a few days. It was great for us traveling with 2 teenage daughters - much nicer than having them down the hall in a hotel (and more cost-effective). (Only negative, and this is very slight, was that the rooms were a little small so sometimes we had to maneuver around competing doors, but all the positives of the unit outweighed this for a short stay.) Lovely views. There is a nice gym in the lower lobby with cardio and weights. Good building security. VERY convenient to all of the downtown Victoria sights (2-block walk to the Inner Harbor - in reality seemed even shorter than it appeared on the map); we had a car but walked everywhere. Sharon at Victoria Prime (the property manager for this unit) was great. Before arrival, we were sent several emails with helpful information. Sharon was always immediately responsive by cell/text and met us in front of the building at our chosen time (she even came earlier than originally scheduled when we were able to catch an earlier ferry). Sharon gave us lots of helpful tips for tourist activities and restaurants (our favorite meals were at the Bard & Banker, and The Marina Restaurant), and although we didn't have any need, it was nice to know that she was just a phone call away during our stay if anything had arisen. If/when back in Victoria, we would definitely stay in this condo again and rent through Victoria Prime.

PAYMENT An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments outside of Canada may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers. Bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques are payment options (for Canadians only) payable to Victoria Prime. Cheques must be secured by a credit card authorization while in route. Email transfers (Canadian banks only) can be sent to The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. All payments are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. All reservations will be charged a Booking Fee.
CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT Guests must provide credit card details as a guarantee of payment to Victoria Prime. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. In the absence of another payment agreement, guests authorize Victoria Prime to charge the credit card provided for payment of these items. The guest whose credit card is on file alone is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges.
CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the dates cancelled, we will be happy to refund all or any part of that.

50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates.
The balance of rent is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
No tax on 30+ day rentals.
