Guest Advisory: The Maine CDC has reported an uptick in Browntail Moth Caterpillar rash. Summer renters, especially through July 2018, are advised to keep their dogs on leash, as they can be carriers of the caterpillar hairs that cause the rash, and to avoid wooded areas and trees where the pests are prevalent.
