Beautiful and spacious. The pictures don't do it justice.

  • 4 of 5

What a beautiful home and location! There was plenty of room for all of us - 8 adults, 6 grandkids ages 5-11 and two "little" ones. The bedrooms were large (plenty of room for pack n plays for little ones) and the beds were comfy. The huge family room with pool table, poker table, TV, etc. was on one end while the living room, sitting area on the other was far enough away from the others to allow quiet/reading space. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The one concern we had was a very large TV downstairs on a high table. With so many

kids around we decided it was safer to place it on the floor during our stay. Wish one of the fireplaces had been gas. Wasn't comfortable lighting a fire in someone else's home. Couldn't find a trash can for the kitchen area, but really any negative comments feel kind of petty. This is the 4th VRBO family vacation we've done and it is by far the nicest one so far. Would love to come back in the summer!

Perfect for our group!!!

  • 5 of 5

We recently stayed at this property over MEA break (mid October). We had three families in our group that wanted to get away and explore what Duluth had to offer. The location was perfect for us...nestled in tall pine for seclusion, lake front and an easy drive to local destinations. The house was perfect as well....the game room was ideal....sleeping accommodations were great.....screen porch was nice....kitchen/grill amenities were sufficient....absolutely no complaints! Can't say enough about our stay. Would definitely stay again or recommend to anyone traveling to the area!

Fun new adventure

  • 5 of 5

We were 4 couples who came for the Hot Air Balloon Festival & sight seeing. Three of the couples had never rented a house before. We all loved it. The quiet wooded area was perfect. We sat in the screened in porch. We played pool & darts & cards & laghed & told stories & had the best time. The house affords us the opportunity to all be together. It had everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies. The only thing I would suggest is a kitchen garbage can & more wash cloths. We all would come back again. Thank you for allow us the pleasure & use of your home.

Great Lake Home

  • 5 of 5

We were looking for a house on a lake for nine people. This house was absolutely perfect. Everyone had a private sleeping space. The game room complete with pool table, dart board,a and poker table was ideal. The bonfire pit and huge deck with screened in porch were fantastic. If you are looking for a quality place to stay with great amenities, this is the place.

The owners were very easy to work with and supportive. We would absolutely stay again.

Great family get-away

  • 5 of 5

This cabin was in a great location with easy access to Duluth, there were activities for people of all ages to enjoy. Our group was 10 people, ages ranging from 93 to 1.5 and everyone left not wanting to go home quite yet! The lake was great for swimming and relaxing, the cabin had plenty of space for us all. I would definitely recommend this well maintained cabin to anyone!

Beautiful home. Everything was nice and clean.

  • 4 of 5

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was a nice peaceful property. Loved the spacious divided family rooms. You can either hang out at the nice living area or the in the game room. It had a pool table, poker table, and play station 2. It even had a bar area, but we didn't use it. We also enjoyed the lakefront view surrounded by the gigantic tall pines.

I did wish there were better quality utensils to cook with and for serving. The ones that were available were plastic so during cooking, they got so flexible and was bending too much I kinda got frustrated. This was our first time renting a rental property, so for people like me, I would have appreciated if the property owner reached out to renters ahead of time and informed them of some things that are not provided and should bring. For example trash bags and toilet paper.

Other then this, we enjoyed our stay.

Owner's Response: That is a great suggestion, I added recommendations for personal items to think about for your stay to the listing and pre arrival communications. Thank you for the feedback, I'm glad your family enjoyed the property.
