Our villa is located in Emerald Island Resort. It is 3200 sq feet and has a very private back yard. It is not facing any other houses, it overlooking peaceful pond and conservation area. This 7 bedroom/4.5 bathroom house has 3 king beds, 2 queens, 4 twin beds. This house can sleep 14 peoples.
Emerald Island Resort is one of the top three pool home and 24hour/7days security resort communities near Disney World (3 miles to Disney and close to everything), we have walking trails, club house with fitness & tiki bar, there are two community pools with spa, jacuzzi & sauna. Also we have kids play ground, two tennis court, one basketball court and much more. If you are golfers there are 57 golf courses near by.

Overall a great stay. Fab location
Very good location for Disney and universal parks. House was lovely and spacious, although a few areas could do with updating. Had to contact owner about a couple of issues which got rectified straight away. Couldn’t get hold of the maintenance person which was a bit annoying as there were minor things like light bulbs gone and ironing board cover not fitting. These were minor things though and generally speaking it was a lovely house. The emerald island resort is one I would highly recommend.

House was perfect for 7 of us. Pool was a big plus for the Grandkids.

February 2018 Rental
Excellent and private location. This house had lots of room for 2 grandparents, 3 parents, and 5 children. The house was clean and comfortable but is in need of some updating and refurbishing. The property manger was prompt, professional, and efficient. The grandchildren certainly appreciated the install of new televisions while we were there. Grandparents appreciated the gated community and very safe environment. A manual about "how things work" and "where things are" in the house would be helpful. Eg: hot tub, pool alarm, house alarm, small appliances, etc. We would rent this property again if the upgrades continue.
