2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo, End Unit With Wrap Around Balcony Steps From The Beach

Our property is located gulf side (not gulf front); however, you have no street to cross with your children or Grandchildren. The property has a gated entrance for your safety and has 24 hour security. There is a pool which is heated during the Winter as well as a hot tub. The sugar white sand and crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk beyond a gated boardwalk. You also have access to the work out center located in the West building. This updated 2 bedroom (King and Queen), 2 bath condo sleeps 8 people as it also has built in full size bunks and a Queen sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa has a new 5 star rated foam mattress. There is also a washer and dryer combo, flat screen TVs, DVD players, and plenty of storage in the kitchen as well as having large bedroom closets and dresser space.

David and Janene live and work in the Lafayette, Louisiana area. They enjoy spending time with their family. After visiting the Pensacola/Perdido Key area as frequently as possible over the last few years they decided to find a place they could go to that would be their own as well as being able to share it with their family and friends.

Why Janene Hamner chose Florida Main North West

After looking at several condos in the area, we decided on our condo based on everything that the 2BR unit and the complex had to offer. The condo is larger than most of the units we had looked at and the second full bath made it more convenient for our family. The large wrap around balcony adds even more living area as well as play area for the children.

Having gated access is important to us as we sometimes arrive around or after midnight and feel safe coming and going any hour of the day or night.

The pool and hot tub area are wonderful with plenty of space for everyone and are located near the picnic and grilling area. The children can be swimming at the same time we are cooking.

The grounds and facilities are always kept clean and maintained. 24 hour security and maintenance are onsite.

Last, but most important, is the beautiful sugar white sandy beach that is just a few steps away from the pool area. Fun in the sun with blue skies and crystal clear water that brings out the kid in all of us is just what we were looking for in our home away from home.

What makes this condo unique

Compared to other condos we looked at, the size, space, and amenities of this condo were best for us and our guests. Being an end unit, the side windows allow the living room to feel more open than an interior unit. The master bedroom also has an additional side window. The added benefit of having a washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen made it more like being at home.

We updated the bedding and decor to give it that soothing beachy feel without making it feel like being in a beach bar. Cool, relaxing colors throughout make you leave the office at the front door and enjoy everything that Grand Caribbean East has to offer.

Wonderfully kept condo. Quiet beach. Perfect getaway!

Our family of 5 rented this condo last month. It was perfect. The condo was well kept and clean when we arrived. It was stocked with extra garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, etc. which was a great surprise! I loved the close proximity to the beach--just a short boardwalk away. And the beach area was never crowded or overly busy. The fact that the condo was gated made us feel safe and secure. The pool and bbq area was clean and the kids loved it. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Sandy Key to our family and friends.

Clean, close to beach, great ownership.

The layout of the condo was perfect for our 6-person family and as the mom, I really appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms were.

My Inlaws came to see us while we were there and they remarked how perfect the condo and location were. We sat on the deck every night to enjoy the extremely quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Family vacation

We stayed here for a family vacation. We had several condo's in the Perdido Key area. This location was awesome. The stairs were a breeze only 2 flights. We had plenty of room for the kids and grand kids. We will keep this location on our list of places to stay as we go to Perdido once a year or more.
